المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة اتخاذ القرارات وقد كان الهدف الأساس من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية في إمارة منطقة عسير، وتمحورت مشكلة الدراسة حول تطبيق أساليب الذكاء الاصطناعي وأثره على جودة اتخاذ القرارات، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات من أفراد العينة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي إمارة منطقة عسير والبالغ عددهم (600) موظفاً وموظفة، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تمثلت في عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (200) موظفاً. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام أساليب الذكاء الاصطناعي وجودة اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، وهذه العلاقة فسرت بقيمة معامل التحديد Square-R، والتي تصل إلى 0.5%، كما أشارت نتائج اختبار ارتباط بيرسون أن هناك ارتباطاً «موجبا» بين المؤهل العلمي ومتغير الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأظهرت النتائج ارتباطاً «موجبا» بين المؤهل العلمي ومجال اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. كما تبين أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قدرة النظام وبين جودة اتخاذ القرار، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنمية مهارات العاملين بهدف التعامل مع الأساليب المختلفة من الذكاء الاصطناعي، والعمل على تحديد الأسس العلمية والموضوعية الواجب اعتمادها في اتخاذ القرار.

This study dealt with the impact of the application of artificial intelligence on the quality of decision-making, and the main objective of this study was to identify the role of artificial intelligence in making administrative decisions in the Emirate of Asir region, and the problem of the study centered on the application of artificial intelligence methods and its impact on the quality of decision-making, and to achieve these goals The descriptive approach was relied upon, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information and data from the sample members. The study community consisted of the employees of the Emirate of Asir region, which numbered (600) male and female employees, and the study sample consisted of a random sample of (200) employees. The study reached the following results, there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of artificial intelligence methods and the quality of administrative decision-making, and this relationship was explained by the value of the determination factor Square-R, which reaches 0.5%. The results of the Pearson correlation test indicated that there is a "positive" correlation between the academic qualification and the artificial intelligence variable. The results also showed a "positive" correlation between the academic qualification and the field of administrative decision-making. It was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between the capacity of the system and the quality of decision-making. The study recommended the need to develop the skills of workers in order to deal with the different methods of artificial intelligence, and work on defining the scientific and objective foundations to be adopted in decision-making.
