المستخلص: يعتبر نظام المعلومات الإدارية (Management Information System MIS) ركيزة من أهم الركائز التي تعتمد عليها أي منظمة في عالمنا المعاصر، وتقيم المنظمة بمدى تطور نظامها المعلوماتي والإداري وقدرة هذا النظام في دعم اتخاذ القرار داخل هذه المنظمة، ويرجع ذلك إلى الأهمية البالغة والدور الذي يلعبه نظام المعلومات الإدارية في المنظمة وخاصة في عملية صنع القرارات. ونظام إدارة الأزمات (Management Crisis System MCS) هو تقنية تستخدم لمواجهة الحالات الطارئة والتخطيط للتعامل مع الحالات التي لا يمكن تجنبها وإجراء التحضيرات اللازمة لها، وهو منهج منطقي في التعامل مع الأزمات الحقيقية، بطريقة تجعل المؤسسة تعمل بشكل منتظم في كل الظروف. وهدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير نظام المعلومات الإدارية المستخدم حاليا على إدارة الأزمات بالتطبيق على قطاع الطيران المدني بوزارة الطيران المدني بجمهورية مصر العربية، وركز البحث على تحديد طبيعة واتجاه العلاقة بين تأثير نظم المعلومات الإدارية في الشركات محل الدراسة (كفاية المعلومات، وتوفيرها في التوقيت المناسب، والتحديث المستمر لها) على إدارة الأزمات. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى: استخدام شركات الطيران المدني محل الدراسة نظم المعلومات الإدارية في دعم إدارة الأزمات، ويقدم نظام المعلومات الإدارية الحالي معلومات كافية لدعم إدارة الأزمات، وكذا يوفر نظام المعلومات الإدارية المعلومات اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات في التوقيت المناسب وبالكفاية المطلوبة، وخلصت أيضا أن لنظام المعلومات الإدارية الحالي لا يقدم معلومات حديثة بالدرجة الكافية، وبالنسبة لنظام إدارة الأزمات وجود اهتمام ضعيف بتطبيق نظام إدارة الأزمات قبل مرحلة الأزمة، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها زيادة كفاءة نظم المعلومات الإدارية في مساندة إدارة الأزمات بالشركات محل الدراسة ومنها العمل على سرعة تحديث نظام المعلومات الحالي بمصر للطيران.

Information Management System (MIS) is one of the most important pillars of any organization. Every organization assesses the need to develop an information and administrative system's ability not only to manage information but also to support organization's decision-making process. Management Crisis System (MCS) is a technique used to deal with emergencies, planning to deal with situations that can not be avoided and help in managing them. MCS is a logical approach to dealing with real crises in such a way that the organization works regularly in all unusual circumstances. The objective of this study is to assess the impact of the MIS on crisis management by applying to the aviation sector in the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study focused on determining the nature and direction of the relationship between the efficiency of MIS in the companies under study. Quality and reliability of their source and the possibility of encountering a crisis. study concluded: The civil aviation uses management information systems to support crisis management, and the current management information systems provides sufficient information to support crisis management, as well as the availability of information management information systems to support crisis management in time with adequate manner, The current management information does not provide updatable sufficient information that helps to support crisis management and is not sufficient quality to contribute to crisis management. crisis management system has a low interest in implementing management crisis system prior to the crisis phase, an interest in the implementation of management crisis system during the crisis phase, and a great interest in implementing management crisis system with the post-crisis phase. The study presented a set of recommendations that would increase the efficiency of MIS to help the crisis management for the companies that been studied, including work on the speed of updating the current information system in Egypt Air.
