|a يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس مصادر رأس المال الاجتماعي لدي النخبة الرياضيين، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته للبحث، اشتملت عينة البحث على (٤٢) فرد يمثلون الفئات المكونة لعينة البحث (رئيس مجلس الإدارة، أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، المدير التنفيذي) من (الأندية الرياضية المختلفة بالقاهرة الكبرى)، ومن أهم استنتاجات البحث التوصل إلى مقياس مصادر رأس المال الاجتماعي لدي النخبة الرياضيين حيث يتكون المقياس من (۳) محاور وهي: الموارد المعرفية، المشاركة المجتمعية، الشبكات المجتمعية وأشتمل المقياس على (٣٦) عبارة موزعة على محاور المقياس، ووضع مستويات معيارية لمقياس مصادر رأس المال الاجتماعي لدي النخبة الرياضيين يتكون من ثلاث مستويات وهى جيد ومتوسط وضعيف.
|b The research aims to build a measure of social capital sources among elite athletes in sports clubs. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to suit it for the research. The research sample included (42) individuals representing the categories that make up the research sample (Chairman of the Board of Directors, Members of the Board of Directors, Executive Director) from (Various sports clubs in Greater Cairo. The researchers designed the data collection tools used in the research, namely a measure of the values of social capital among elite athletes in sports clubs. One of the most important results is arriving at a measure of the values of social capital among elite athletes in sports clubs, as the scale consists of (5) Axes: trust, cooperation, climate of social relations, tolerance, social responsibility through (62) phrases Distributed across the axes of the scale, the researchers established standard levels for a scale of social capital values among elite athletes in sports clubs, consisting of three levels: good, average, and poor.
