|a هدف البحث: يهدف البحث أجراء دراسة تحليلية لفرص ممارسة الشباب أعضاء الاتحاد العام لمراكز شباب مصر للرياضة للجميع. منهج البحث: استخدم الفريق البحثي المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لتحقيق متطلبات هذا البحث. عينة البحث: تمثلت عينة البحث في الشباب أعضاء الاتحاد العام مراكز شباب مصر بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى. الاستنتاجات: الاستنتاج العام: وضوح فلسفة الرياضة للجميع لدى عينة البحث من الشباب الممارسين للرياضة للجميع ۱) يعمل الاتحاد المصري العام لمراكز شباب مصر على تشجيع الممارسين للأنشطة البدنية ونشر الثقافة الرياضية لجميع المراحل السنية. ۲) وضوح فلسفة الاتحاد المصري العام لمراكز شباب مصر، ورؤيته وتطلعاته المستقبلية. ۳) يضع الاتحاد المصري العام لمراكز شباب مصر برامج تتناسب مع تحقيق أهدافه في ضوء الإمكانات البشرية المتاحة للاتحاد. ٤) يعمل الاتحاد على تنمية الموارد البشرية من ذوي الخبرات والمهارات في برامج الرياضة للجميع. 5) يتناسب البرنامج مع قدرات واستعدادات الفرد الممارس. ٦) يعمل الاتحاد على استحداث برامج جديدة تتناسب مع اهتمامات الممارسين.
|b Research Objective: The research aims to conduct an analytical study of the opportunities for practicing young members of the General Federation of Egyptian Youth Centers for Sports for All. Research Methodology: The research team used the descriptive approach to achieve the requirements of this research. Research Sample: The research sample was represented in the youth, members of the General Union of Egypt Youth Centers in Greater Cairo Governorate Conclusions: General conclusion: Clarity of the philosophy of sport for all among the research sample of young practitioners of sport for all 1) The Egyptian General Federation of Egyptian Youth Centers works to encourage practitioners of physical activities and spread sports culture for all age groups 2) Clarity of the philosophy of the Egyptian General Federation of Egyptian Youth Centers, its vision and future aspirations. 3) The Egyptian General Federation of Egyptian Youth Centers sets programs commensurate with achieving its objectives in light of the human potential available to the Union. 4) The Federation works to develop human resources with expertise and skills in Sports for All programs. 5) The program is tailored to the abilities and aptitudes of the individual practitioner. 6)The Federation is working on developing new programs that suit the interests of practitioners.
