يهدف البحث إلى دراسة واقع ازدواجية المهنة في التدريب الميداني لتخصص التدريب الرياضي بكلية علوم الرياضة والنشاط البدني- جامعة الملك سعود من خلال التعرف على أراء طلبة التدريب الميداني لتخصص التدريب الرياضي، الفروق بين المتغيرات الديموجرافية لطلبة التدريب الميداني لتخصص التدريب الرياضي في كلا من (محتوى التدريب- جهة التدريب الميداني -المشرف الأكاديمي- مشرف جهة التدريب الميداني)، الإيجابيات والسلبيات والسياسات الخاصة بالتدريب الميداني لتخصص التدريب الرياضي بكلية علوم الرياضة والنشاط البدني- جامعة الملك سعود، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية، قام الباحثان باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لطلاب التدريب الميداني بكلية علوم الرياضة والنشاط البدني بالطريقة العمدية من طلبة (قسم الميكانيكا الحيوية والسلوك الحركي) وعددهم (٥٧) طالب وطالبة، واستعان الباحثان باستمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: أن نسبة (٣٩.١٣%) من أفراد عينة البحث يقومون بالتدريب الميداني في الأكاديميات الرياضية، وكانت أراء طلبة التدريب الميداني (جيدة) لمحتوى التدريب بمتوسط (٣.٨٩)، وأيضا لجهة التدريب الميداني بمتوسط (٣.٥)، وكذلك بالنسبة للمشرف الأكاديمي (٣.٧٢)، وكانت طلبة التدريب على الحياد بالنسبة لمشرف جهة التدريب الميداني (٣.٢٢)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (محتوى التدريب، جهة التدريب الميداني، المشرف الأكاديمي، مشرف جهة التدريب الميداني) تبعا لبياناتهم الأولية.
The research aimed to study the reality of dual career in Internship for the specialization of sports training at the College of Sports Sciences and Physical Activity - King Saud University by identifying the opinions of Internship students for the specialization of sports training, the differences between the demographic variables of Internship students for the specialization of sports training in both (training content - Internship entity - academic supervisor - supervisor of the Internship entity), pros, cons and policies for Internship for the specialization of sports training at the College of Sports Sciences and Physical Activity – King Saud University, the researchers used the descriptive approach in a survey method, the researchers used the method of comprehensive inventory of Internship students at the College of Sports Sciences and physical activity in a deliberate way from the students of (Department of Biomechanics and Motor Behavior) and their number (57) male and female students, and the researchers used a questionnaire form to collect data, and the results resulted in that (39.13%) of the members of the research sample are conducting Internship in sports academies, and the opinions of Internship students were (good) for the content of training with an average of (3.89), And also in terms of Internship with an average of (3.5), as well as for the academic supervisor (3.72), and the students of training were neutral for the supervisor of the Internship (3.22), and there are no statistically significant differences between (training content, Internship, academic supervisor, supervisor of the Internship) according to their preliminary data.
