المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير إدارة المشروعات الإنتاجية بمدارس التعليم الفني بمحافظة الفيوم على ضوء نموذج نضج إدارة المشروعات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تناول الأسس الفكرية لإدارة المشروعات الإنتاجية من حيث مفهوم إدارة المشروعات الإنتاجية، وأهميتها، وأهدافها، وعملياتها، كما تم التعرف على الأسس النظرية لنموذج نضج إدارة المشروعات من حيث ماهية نضج إدارة المشروعات، ودورة حياة إدارة المشروع، وفوائدها، ونماذج نضج إدارة المشروعات، والكشف عن مقترحات لتطوير إدارة المشروعات الإنتاجية بمدارس التعليم الفني بمحافظة الفيوم على نموذج نضج إدارة المشروعات، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتم التوصل إلى: عدد من المقترحات لتطوير إدارة المشروعات الإنتاجية بمدارس التعليم الفني بمحافظة الفيوم على ضوء نموذج نضج إدارة المشروعات منها التكامل والترابط بين أهداف المشروع المختلفة حتى لا تتكرر بعض الأنشطة، والممارسات عن طريق وضع سياسة موحدة بين انشطة المشروع ومتابعة تنفيذ أهدافه، والتأكد من سيرها حسب السياسات والقوانين والتعليمات التي تم وضعها مسبقا لتحقيق الأهداف، والرقابة والمتابعة الدائمة والمستمرة الهادفة إلى التأكد من سير عمل الخطة بالشكل المطلوب والصحيح، ووضع جدول زمنى لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.

The current study aimed is to develop the management of productive projects in technical education schools in Fayoum Governorate in light of the project management maturity model. To achieve this goal, the intellectual foundations of productive project management were addressed in terms of the concept of productive project management, its importance, goals, and operations. The theoretical foundations of the model were also identified. Project management maturity in terms of what project management maturity is, the project management life cycle, its benefits, project management maturity models, and revealing proposals to develop productive project management in technical education schools in Fayoum Governorate based on the project management maturity model. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach, and reached: a number of proposals to develop the management of production projects in technical education schools in Fayoum Governorate in light of the project management maturity model, including integration and interconnection between the various project objectives so that some activities and practices are not repeated by setting a unified policy among the project activities. And follow up on the implementation of its objectives, and ensure that they are progressing in accordance with the policies, laws and instructions that were previously established to achieve the objectives, and permanent and continuous monitoring and follow-up aimed at ensuring that the plan is progressing in the required and correct manner, and setting a timetable to achieve the project objectives.
