استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على "تأثير الاقتصاد الموازي على تفعيل برامج الرياضة المدرسية في إطار التنمية المستدامة: دراسة تحليلية للبعد التنموي"، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيق أهدافه، كما اشتمل مجتمع البحث على (١٨٤) فرد من الأفراد القائمين على تنفيذ برامج الرياضة المدرسية بالمدارس الدولية بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۳- 2024م، كذلك اختار الباحثون عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من الأفراد القائمين على تنفيذ برامج وأنشطة الرياضة بالمدارس الدولية بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى، والبالغ قوامها (١٥٤) فرد من الأفراد العاملين على تنفيذ برامج الرياضة المدرسية بالمدارس الدولية بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى، كما قام الباحثون باختيار عينة استطلاعية عشوائية بلغ قوامها (۳۰) فرد من الأفراد العاملين على تنفيذ برامج الرياضة المدرسية من مجتمع البحث، وخارج عينة البحث الأساسية لا جراء المعاملات العلمية لاداه البحث، وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات توجيه الجهود نحو تحسين السياسات والإجراءات: يمكن أن توفر هذه الاستنتاجات للمسؤولين في المدارس الدولية والمؤسسات ذات الصلة توجيها أفضل لجهودهم نحو تحسين السياسات والإجراءات، لتلبية احتياجات السوق والمجتمع بشكل أفضل وضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية بشكل فعال، كما كانت أهم التوصيات تطوير إطار قانوني فعال: يوصى بضرورة تطوير إطار قانوني ينظم أنشطة الرياضة المدرسية، يشمل توفير الإرشاد والمعايير اللازمة لضمان سلامة وجودة هذه الأنشطة، ويعزز التعاون بين المدارس والجهات القانونية لضمان الامتثال للتشريعات واللوائح المحلية.
The current research aimed to identify "the impact of the parallel economy on the activation of school sports programs within the framework of sustainable development: an analytical study of the development dimension", the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research and the achievement of its objectives, and the research community included (184) individuals in charge of implementing sports programs School schools in international schools in Greater Cairo Governorate for the academic year 2023-2024 AD, as well as the researchers selected the research sample in a random deliberate way from the individuals in charge of implementing sports programs and activities in international schools in Greater Cairo Governorate, which consists of (154) individuals working on the implementation of sports programs School in international schools in Greater Cairo Governorate, the researchers also selected a random survey sample of (30) individuals working on the implementation of school sports programs from the research community, and outside the basic research sample not due to scientific transactions of the research tool, and the most important conclusions were directing efforts towards improving policies and procedures: These findings can provide officials in international schools and related institutions with better guidance for their efforts towards improving policies and procedures, to meet the needs of The market and society better and ensure the continuity of the educational process effectively, as the most important recommendations were the development of an effective legal framework: It is recommended to develop a legal framework that regulates school sports activities, including the provision of guidance and standards necessary to ensure the safety and quality of these activities, and enhances cooperation between schools and legal authorities to ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations.
