|a استهدف البحث الحالي وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق القيادة الرشيقة بالجامعات الأهلية التابعة للجامعات الحكومية المصرية على ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وذلك من خلال توضيح الإطار الفلسفي للقيادة الرشيقة والإطار الفكري للذكاء الاصطناعي والفلسفة الحاكمة لإنشاء الجامعات الأهلية التابعة للجامعات الحكومية المصرية والتعرف على الدور المأمول للذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في تحقيق القيادة الرشيقة بالجامعات الأهلية التابعة للجامعات الحكومية المصرية، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتوصل البحث إلي أن التصور المقترح يعد خطوة جوهرية نحو تحديث وتحسين أداء الجامعات والتأثير الإيجابي على تجربة جميع منسوبي الجامعات، وأن تكامل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئة التعليم الجامعي يعزز الكفاءة ويتيح للجامعات الاستجابة بشكل أفضل لتطلعات المستفيدين من خدماتها ومن ثم تحقيق القيادة الرشيقة للجامعات الأهلية.
|b The current research aims to develop a proposed framework for achieving agile leadership in private universities affiliated with Egyptian government universities, in light of the applications of artificial intelligence. This is accomplished by elucidating the philosophical framework of agile leadership, the intellectual framework of artificial intelligence, and the governing philosophy for establishing private universities affiliated with Egyptian government universities. The study also seeks to identify the expected role of artificial intelligence and its applications in achieving agile leadership in private universities affiliated with Egyptian government universities.The research adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology suitable for the nature of the study. The findings indicate that the proposed framework represents a fundamental step towards updating and improving the performance of universities, positively impacting the experience of all university stakeholders. The integration of artificial intelligence applications in the university education environment enhances efficiency, enabling universities to better respond to the aspirations of their beneficiaries and thus achieve agile leadership in private universities.
