|a يهدف البحث إلى الاستفادة من القص الجزئي (غير المنفصل) بالليزر، والتطريز في تقديم منتج مميز أكثر اقتصادية وعلى درجة عالية من الجودة وذلك لتصميم وتنفيذ مفروشات ثلاثية الأبعاد وقيمة جمالية عالية والتجديد والابتعاد عن التصميمات التقليدية، تم استخدام القص الجزئي بالليزر على أشكال مبسطة أساسها الخط المنكسر (الأحادي والمزدوج) والخط المنحنى (الأحادي والمزدوج) المقصوصة وذلك (في اتجاه واحد، متعدد الاتجاهات) وثنيها وتثبيت الأجزاء المثنية بخمس طرق (الكي فقط، تثبيت جزئي بالتطريز بالخيوط، تثبيت كلى بالتطريز بالخيوط تثبيت جزئي بالتطريز بالخرز، تثبيت جزئي بالتطريز بالخرز)، وتم ذلك على خامتين وهى (الساتان، الأورجانزا) وتم تقييم التصميمات المنفذة وذلك عن طريق استمارة استبيان موجهه للمتخصصين في مجال النسيج والملابس لاختيار أفضل التصميمات من خلال معامل اتفاق ثم تقييم التصميمات من خلال استمارة استبيان متضمنة ثلاثة محاور لعناصر التقييم وهب (الناحية الوظيفية، الناحية الجمالية، الناحية الاقتصادية والتسويقية) وحصلت التصميمات رقم (69)، (4)، (24) على أعلى تقييم على الترتيب، وتم إنتاج عدد (5) منتجات من المفروشات المنزلية من أفضل ثلاثة تصميمات وهى (مفرش منضدة، خدادية، مفرش سفرة، مفارش مناضد جانبية، مفارش النيش) وتم تحكيمها من قبل عدد (50) من المستهلكات وتراوحت درجة قبول المستهلكات لقطع المفروشات المنزلية المنفذة من القص الجزئي بالليزر والتطريز في تحقيق بنود التقييم ما بين (91.60) إلى (97.40) وهي درجة قبول مرتفعة.
|b Research has been done to complete the technique of partial (non-separate) laser cutting and laser embroidery in order to provide a distinctive product that is more economical and of high quality in order to produce furnishings with a third dimension and a high aesthetic value and to renew and move away from traditional designs. Partial laser cutting was used on a simplified type basis. Refractor (single and double) and straight line (single and double) clipped (in one direction, multi-direction)They were bent and fixed the folded parts in five ways (ironing only, partial fixation with embroidery with threads, complete fixation with embroidery with threads, partial fixation with embroidery with beads, partial fixation with embroidery with beads), and this was done on two materials (satin, organza), and the executed designs were evaluated by A questionnaire form directed to specialists in the field of textile and clothing, creating agreement laboratories and evaluating designs through a questionnaire form that includes three axes of evaluation elements. These are (the functional aspect, the aesthetic aspect, the economic aspect and the marketing aspect). The designs (69), (4), and (24) received the highest rating, respectively. A number of (5) home furnishing products were produced from the best three designs, which are (table cloth). Pillowcases, dining tablecloths, side table linens, and niche linens) were judged by a number of (50) consumers. The degree of consumer acceptance of the home furnishings pieces executed from partial laser cutting, bending, and embroidery in fulfilling the evaluation items ranged between (91.60) to (97.40). It has a high degree of acceptance.
