المستخلص: تقوم معظم الدول بالعديد من المبادرات الهامة التي تشجع على القراءة من أجل تحقيق التنمية المعرفية ورفع معدلات القراءة لدى الفرد في المجتمع، ومن المبادرات الجديدة والمبتكرة مبادرة مشروع كبائن الكتب الصوتية والمعروف باسم "مسموع" والذي أُعلِن عنه العام الماضي في معرض الرياض الدولي للكتاب في الفترة من (۲۹ سبتمبر إلى ٨ أكتوبر) ۲۰۲۲م، بهدف نشر ثقافة القراءة في الأماكن العامة من خلال تقديم محتوى من الكتب الصوتية بطريقة تفاعلية وتكون سهلة الوصول. وتتناول هذه الدراسة تطور مفهوم وأوقات ممارسات القراءة في العصر الرقمي، وأهمية الاستماع إلى الكتب الصوتية، والتعريف بمشروع "مسموع" والخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، بالإضافة إلى تحليل الاتجاهات العددية والموضوعية للكتب الصوتية المتاحة، وتحديد كيفية الاستفادة من المشروع ومدى وجود متابعة وتقييم للمشروع وطرق الحماية الخاصة به، وذلك من خلال الفحص المباشر لإحدى كبائن الكتب الصوتية الموجودة بممشى أمانة الأحساء بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث يهتم هذا المنهج بجمع المعلومات والحقائق وتحليلها وتفسيرها والخروج بمجموعة من النتائج، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن أكبر عدد من الكتب الصوتية المتاحة بالمشروع يوجد في قطاع تطوير الذات بنسبة ٢٤%، وأقل عدد في قطاع الصحة بنسبة ٦%، ويشمل المشروع حاليا على ۱۰۰ كتاب صوتي ويستهدف المشروع الوصول إلى ثلاثة آلاف كتاب صوتي، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة وضع إرشادات للمستفيدين على إحدى جوانب كابينة الكتب الصوتية والتعريف بالمشروع والجهة المسؤولة عنه في الشاشة الرئيسية للمشروع.

Most countries are undertaking many important initiatives that encourage reading in order to achieve cognitive development and raise individual reading rates in society. One of the new and innovative initiatives is the audio book booth project, known as “Audiobook,” which was announced last year at the Riyadh International Book Fair during the period From (September 29 to October 8) 2022 AD, with the aim of spreading the culture of reading in public places by presenting content from audio books in an interactive and easy-to-access manner. This study addresses the development of the concept and times of reading practices in the digital age, the importance of listening to audiobooks, the introduction of the “audible” project and the services provided to beneficiaries, in addition to analyzing the numerical and objective trends of available audiobooks, determining how to benefit from the project and the extent of there being follow-up and evaluation of the project and special protection methods. By directly examining one of the audio book booths located in the Al-Ahsa Municipality walkway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, as this method is concerned with collecting information and facts, analyzing and interpreting them, and coming up with a set of results. One of the most important results of the study is that the largest number of audio books available in the project is in the self-development sector, at 24%, and the smallest number is in the health sector, at 6%. It includes The project currently includes 100 audiobooks, and the project aims to reach three thousand audiobooks. One of the most important recommendations of the study is the necessity of placing instructions for beneficiaries on one side of the audiobook booth and introducing the project and the party responsible for it on the main screen of the project.
