|a من أجل زيادة ثقة العملاء لشراء السجاد، يلعب ضمان الحد الأدنى للثقة من عاملين، مقدار راحة الاستخدام والحفاظ على المظهر السطحي الأولي للسجاد دورا حاسما. لذلك تمت دراسة تأثر ارتفاع الوبر بناء النسيج الأساسي وكثافة الوبر على سلوك الضغط (السمك الأولي، الضغط واسترداد الضغط) تم التحقق من أهمية نموذج الانحدار وكل قيمة باستخدام اختبار F والقيمة P المرتبطة به. تم العثور على ارتفاع الوبر ذو دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة للسمك الأولي وخصائص الضغط للسجاد الهاند تافت. تم تحديد تأثير حمل الضغط الدوري على خصائص الضغط للسجاد الهاند تافت من الصوف والأكريليك. حيث يظهر السجاد الصوف ضغطا واستردادا أعلى من السجاد الأكريليك ذي البناء المماثل بتغير الكثافة حيث يتناقص الضغط مع زيادة كثافة الوبر وجد أن نسبة استرداد السجاد تزداد مع زيادة عدد دورات الضغط تظهر النتائج درجة تأثير عالية لمؤشر نسبة الانعكاس (الارتداد) للشعيرات المتعلقة بالأداء الانضغاطي لطبقة الوبرة.
|b In order to Increase customers' confidence and enthusiasm to buy carpets, a minimum trust guarantee of two factors comes into play. The amount of comfort of use and maintaining the initial surface appearance of the carpet, play a decisive role. Therefore, the effect of pile height, base fabric construction and pile density on the compression behavior (initial thickness, compression and compression recovery) and tuft pulling force of hand-tufted carpets was studied. The significance of the regression model and each value was checked using the F-test and its associated p-value. Pile height was found to be statistically significant in relation to the initial thickness and compression properties of hand-tufted carpets. The effect of cyclic compressive load on the compressive properties of wool and acrylic hand-tufted carpets was determined. Wool carpets show higher compression and recovery than acrylic carpets of similar construction. The pressure decreases as the pile density increases. It was found that the carpet recovery rate increases with the increase in the number of pressing cycles. The results of the analysis show a high degree of influence of the reflection (reflection) ratio index of the bristles on the compressive performance of the pile layer.
