المستخلص: إن ما تتعرض له المؤسسات التعليمية المعاصرة من تحديات تهدد وجودها وإمكاناتها وجودة مخرجاتها، ما هو إلا نتاجا لظهور مؤسسات تعليمية بديلة تستخدم التقنيات المعاصرة وبعض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتتعامل مع مفاهيم العولمة واقتصاد المعرفة، لذلك تسعى الدراسة إلى عرض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق التنافسية في التعليم وتحديد العوامل التي يمكن أن تساهم في بناء الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات التعليمية، حيث ما يزال عدد كبير من المؤسسات التعليمية خاصة مؤسسات التعليم الأساسي الحكومي غير قادرة على تحقيق ميزة تنافسية تحفظ بقاءها وتضمن استمراريتها، وعلى الرغم من سعي هذه المؤسسات إلى ضمان تعليم جيد وشامل ومنصف، إلا أن هذا الهدف مازال بعيد المنال بسبب مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحرم المؤسسات التعليمية من تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتقديم خدمة تعليمية جيدة والاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لتوضيح مصادر الميزة التنافسية المختلفة وعوامل بنائها في مؤسسات التعليم الأساسي وعرض مميزات استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات التعليم الأساسي يمكنها بناء ميزة تنافسية عندما تكون قادرة على استغلال كافة مواردها البشرية والمالية والتكنولوجية والمعرفية من أجل رفع مستوى كفاءتها في تقديم الخدمة التعليمية بجودة عالية والوصول إلى مخرج تعليمي جيد، كما يساعد الإبداع والتحديث المستمر باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تقديم الخدمة التعليمية على امتلاك عنصر تميز لا تمتلكه المدارس الأخرى. وانتهت الدراسة باقتراح مجموعة من الإجراءات التي يمكن أن تساعد في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية لمؤسسات التعليم الأساسي تضمن بقاءها واستمرارها.

The challenges faced by contemporary educational institutions that threaten their existence, capabilities, and the quality of their outputs are nothing but the result of the emergence of alternative educational institutions that use contemporary technologies and some applications of artificial intelligence and deal with the concepts of globalization and the knowledge economy. Therefore, the study seeks to present the applications of artificial intelligence in achieving competitiveness in education. And identifying the factors that can contribute to building the competitive advantage of educational institutions, as a large number of educational institutions, especially government basic education institutions, are still unable to achieve a competitive advantage that preserves their survival and ensures their continuity, and despite the efforts of these institutions to ensure good, comprehensive and equitable education, However, this goal is still far from reach due to a group of obstacles that prevent educational institutions from achieving competitive advantage, providing good educational service, and benefiting from artificial intelligence applications in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The study used the descriptive analytical method. To clarify the various sources of competitive advantage and the factors for building it in basic education institutions and to present the advantages of using artificial intelligence applications. The study concluded that basic education institutions can build a competitive advantage when they are able to exploit all their human, financial, technological and cognitive resources in order to raise their level of efficiency in providing quality educational service. High levels of education and achieving a good educational outcome. Creativity and continuous modernization using artificial intelligence applications in providing educational services also help it possess an element of excellence that other schools do not possess. The study ended by proposing a set of measures that could help achieve a competitive advantage for basic education institutions that would ensure their survival and continuity.
