|a استهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الإبداع الإداري وعلاقته باختيار الأثاث ومكملاته لدى عينة من ربات الأسر، قوامها (300) تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية من مستويات اقتصادية واجتماعية مختلفة من محافظة الأحساء بالسعودية، ومحافظة الغربية بمصر في الفترة من 1/9/2023 إلى 1/12/2023، وتكونت أداة البحث من: استمارة البيانات العامة لربات الأسر، استبيان الإبداع الإداري بمحاوره (الأصالة -الطلاقة - المرونة - القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات) استبيان اختيار الأثاث ومكملاته بأبعاده (الجانب الوظيفي - الجانب الاقتصادي - الجانب الجمالي) واتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها وتبويبها وجدولتها وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج Spss Ver 26 لاستخراج النتائج. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الإبداع الإداري لربات الأسر عينة البحث بمحاوره الأربعة (الأصالة -الطلاقة - المرونة - القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات) وبين اختيار الأثاث ومكملاته بأبعاده الثلاثة (الجانب الوظيفي - الجانب الاقتصادي - الجانب الجمالي). ومن أهم توصيات البحث: تفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بعمل برامج عن الإبداع الإداري لتوعية ربات الأسر بأهميته وكيفية تنميته.
|b The research aimed to determine the relationship between administrative creativity and choosing furniture and its complements among a sample of (300) heads of households, selected in a purposive manner from different economic and social levels, from Al-Ahsa Governorate in Saudi Arabia, and Al-Gharbiyah Governorate in Egypt in the period from 9/1/2023 to 12/1/2023. the research tool consisted of: a general data form for heads of household, an administrative creativity questionnaire with its axes (originality- fluency- flexibility- the ability to analyze and solve problems), a questionnaire for choosing furniture and its complements with its dimensions (the functional aspect- the economic aspect- the aesthetic aspect). This research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and after collecting the data, it was transcribed, tabulated, and statistically analyzed using the Spss Ver 26 program to extract the results The most important results reached by the research were: - There is a positive correlation between the administrative creativity of the heads of household in its four dimensions (originality- fluency- flexibility- the ability to analyze and solve problems) and between the choice of furniture and its complements in its three dimensions (the functional aspect- the economic aspect- the aesthetic aspect) among the heads of households in the study sample. The most important recommendations of the research: Activating the role of various media outlets by conducting programs on administrative creativity to educate heads of household about its importance and how to develop it.
