|a اعتنى علماء الحديث بالكلام في الرجال منذ وقت مبكر لما ينبني عليه من معرفة الصحيح من الضعيف، والمقبول من المردود من الحديث، وعرف هذا العلم بعلم الجرح والتعديل. ويعد الإمام مالك بن أنس من الأوائل الذين خاضوا غمار هذا العلم، سلك فيه الدقة في الفحص والانتقاء حتى اعتبره البعض من المتشددين في نقد الرجال معدلا ومجرحا، وأنه لا يروي إلا عن الثقة، لذا نجده يستعمل عددا من الألفاظ الدالة على التجريح، إلا أن منها ما يكتنفه الغموض، ويقع محل البحث والنظر في القرائن الدالة على ذلك، وقد رأى الباحث أن يدرس مدلول مصطلحاته وأن يقف على المراد منها، فوقع اختياره في هذا البحث على دراسة مدلول لفظي (لا أعلمه) و(لا أعرفه)، وهل يؤديان نفس المعنى، أم أن هناك فرق بينهما، وفي أي غرض يستعملان؟ على أن تنتظم الدراسة في مقدمة تشتمل على: مشكلة البحث، وأهداف الدراسة، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطة البحث، ومبحثين، وخاتمة تضمنت نتائج البحث، وسلك فيه الباحث مسلك الاستقراء والتحليل والإحصاء، وخلص إلى عدة نتائج.
|b Hadith scholars have taken care of the discourse on men from an early age, as it is based on knowing the correct from the weak, and the acceptable from the rejected hadith. This science was known as the science of wounding and modification. Imam Malik bin Anas is considered one of the first to delve into this science, in which he used accuracy in examination and selection, until some of the hardliners in criticizing men considered hims modified and wounded. And that he only narrates on the authority of trust, so we find him using a number of expressions that indicate defamation, except that some of them are shrouded in ambiguity, and the place of research and consideration is the evidence indicating that, and the researcher saw that he should study the meaning of his terms and stand on what is meant by them, so he chose in This research studies the meaning of the words (I don't know him) and (I don't know him). Do they have the same meaning, or is there a difference between them, and for what purpose are they used? Provided that the study is organized in an introduction that includes: the research problem, the objectives of the study, previous studies, the research methodology, the research plan, two chapters, and a conclusion that included the results of the research, in which the researcher followed the course of induction and analysis and Statistics, and concluded with several results.
