|a تناول الباحث في هذه الدراسة موضوع في غاية الأهمية في القانون الخاص وقانون المرافعات بشكل خاص وهو أركان حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير. وقد تضمن هذا البحث مقدمة شملت مشكلة البحث وتساؤلاته وأسبابه وأهميته ومنهجيته ثم قسم الباحث هذه الدراسة إلى ثلاثة مطالب تناولنا في المطلب الأول أطراف حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير وفي المطلب الثاني سبب حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير ثم تناولنا في المطلب الثالث والأخير محل حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير وختمنا هذه الدراسة بحمد الله ثم ذكر أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
|b This study tackles a highly important topic in private law and procedural law, namely the principle of attachment on a debtor's property held by a third party within a comparative framework. The study included an introduction that covered the research problem, its questions, rationale, significance, and methodology. The study is organized into three sections. The first section presented the party of an attachment on a debtor's property held by a third party and showing its significance. Then in the second section, the researcher identified the causes of an attachment on a debtor's property held by a third party. In the third section, the researcher introduced the object of an attachment on a debtor's property held by a third party the study concluded with the most important research findings and recommendations.
