المستخلص: تهدف هذ الدراسة إلى إبراز التقنيات الحجاجية في النص الشعري الجاهلي متمثلاً في شعر الحارث بن عباد بوصفه نموذجاً مختلفاً من شعر الحروب في العصر الجاهلي؛ من حيث أن أغلبه قيل في حرب البسوس، ويكاد يكون تصويرا لكثير من أيامها، وقد اعتمد الحارث فيه وجوها حجاجية تهدف إلى التأثير والإقناع؛ كان فيها مدافعا عن آرائه ومعتقداته بهدف إقناع الآخرين بها، أو عارضا لموقفه المغاير من الحرب التي طالما حذر قومه من عواقبها، أو مستثيرا لعزيمة قومه ومحثهم على القتال، أو محاولا إرهاب الأعداء من خلال استعراض عدة الحرب وعتادها، أو مفتخرا بالانتصارات التي حققها قومه في وقائع وأيام هذه الحرب، وهذا ما دفعني إلى دراسته حجاجيا والكشف عن خباياه من هذه الناحية.

This study aims to highlight the argumentative techniques of pre-Islamic poetry, focusing on the poetry of Al-Harith bin Abbad, which serves as a unique example of war poetry in the pre-Islamic era. Most of Al-Harith poetry revolves around the Battle of Al-Basous, providing a vivid depiction of various facets of this war. In his poetry, Al-Harith employed various argumentative techniques with a view to effecting influence and persuasion. These techniques served different purposes, such as defending his opinions and beliefs for convincing others to adopt them, exposing his opposing stance of this war, which he consistently warned his people about its consequences, stirring their determination, and motivating them to engage in battle. Through these techniques, he sought to instill fear in his enemies by elaborating on the arsenal and tactics of war and taking pride in recounting the victories achieved by his people during the events and days of these wars. These diverse purposes have prompted me to explore the argumentative techniques Al-Harith employed in his poetry, aiming to uncover its intricacies from this perspective.
