|a هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع دور إدارة المخاطر في تحقيق الأمن الفكري بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية في سلطنة عمان والتوصل إلى وضع توصيات لتفعيل هذا الدور، استخدمت الباحثة "المنهج الوصفي"، واعتمدت على "استبانة" كأداة للبحث ميدانيا تم تطبيقها على عينة من مجتمع البحث بلغت (۳۱۲) معلما ومعلمة بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية والخاصة في محافظتي مسقط وظفار العمانيتين، أظهرت نتائج البحث أن دور إدارة المخاطر في مرحلة الوقاية من الانحراف الفكري، ومرحلة المناقشة والحوار حصلا على مستوى موافقة مرتفع بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.71) و(2.38) على التوالي، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.52) و(0.59) على التوالي، بينما حصل دور إدارة المخاطر في مرحلة تقويم الانحراف على مستوى موافقة متوسط بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.02) وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.66)، وذلك في مراحل تحقيق الأمن الفكري، وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى عدد من التوصيات لتفعيل دور إدارة المخاطر في تحقيق الأمن الفكري بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية في سلطنة عمان، كان من أهمها تسهيل عملية التواصل بين إدارة المدرسة وبين أولياء الأمور، وإعداد برامج تدريبية منتظمة لأعضاء التدريس وإدارة المدرسة عن طريق تقويم الانحرافات الفكرية للطلاب.
|b The aim of this research is to reveal the reality of the role of risk management in achieving intellectual security in secondary schools in the Sultanate of Oman and to come up with recommendations to activate this role. It reached (312) male and female teachers in public and private secondary schools in the Omani governorates of Muscat and Dhofar. The results of the research showed that the role of risk management in the stage of prevention of intellectual deviation, and the stage of discussion and dialogue got a high level of approval, with an arithmetic mean of (2.71) and (2. 38), respectively, and a standard deviation of (0.52) and (0.59), respectively, while the role of risk management in the stage of deviation evaluation got an average approval level with an arithmetic mean of (2.02) and a standard deviation of (0.66), in the stages of achieving intellectual security, and the current research reached a number of recommendations to activate the role of risk management in achieving intellectual security in secondary schools in the Sultanate of Oman, the most important of which was facilitating the process of communication between the school administration and parents, and preparing regular training programs for teaching staff and the school administration by means of evaluating students' intellectual deviations.
