|a هدف البحث إلى وضع عدد من الآليات المقترحة لتعزيز التمويل الذاتي بالجامعات المصرية على ضوء مدخل الجامعة المنتجة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وبالتالي فإن البحث له أهمية خاصة من حيث تناوله لموضوع ذا أهمية خاصة بالجامعة المنتجة كمدخل لزيادة التمويل الذاتي بما يسهم في زيادة فاعلية وكفاءة النظام التعليمي بالجامعات المصرية. وتوصل البحث إلى بعض الآليات التي يمكن بها زيادة التمويل بها منها: إدارة الموارد البشرية والمادية وتوظيف البنية التحتية للجامعة مع إقرار العديد من البرامج الدراسية والتعليمية المختلفة بكافة التخصصات. نشر ثقافة الجامعة المنتجة ودعم فلسفتها.
|b The research aimed to develop a number of proposed mechanisms to enhance self-financing in Egyptian universities in light of the productive university entrance. To achieve this goal, the research used the descriptive approach. Therefore, the research has special importance in terms of its treatment of a topic of special importance to the productive university as an entrance to increase self- financing, which contributes to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational system in Egyptian universities. The research reached some mechanisms by which financing can be increased, including: managing human and material resources and employing the university's infrastructure, with the approval of many different academic and educational programs in all specializations.
