|a هذه دراسة وصفية تحليلية لألفاظ السيادة والحُكْم في كتاب شمس العلوم لنشوان بن سعيد الحِمْيَرِيّ (ت: ٥٧٣ه). ويناقش البحث في المقام الأول ألفاظاً لها طابع سياسي ترتبط بسيادة وحكم الناس، فجاءت فيه ألقاب تقال للسيد الذي تقع سيادته وهيمنته على قدر محدود من الناس كعائلته أو قومه أو جماعته، ويشمل ألفاظا تختص بالحاكم الذي يقع حُكْمُه على طائفة أكبر من الناس كالإمارة أو الولاية أو الوزارة أو الدولة، وتقوم الدراسة على وصف دلالة اللفظ وصفا لغويًا شاملاً وتحليلاً وافيًا حتى لا تلتبس بدلالة لفظ آخر. واستندت الدراسة على محاور مهمة كالتأصيل اللغوي، الذي يجمع المعاني الجزئية للتركيب اللغوي تحت أصل واحد، وتلك ميزة من ميزات اللغة العربية تختص بها دون غيرها من اللغات الأخرى، وتأصيل هذه الكلمات يناقش دخولها بين الألفاظ العربية، مما يعكس اهتمام علماء اللغة القدامى بهذه القضية. وجاء البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع.
|b This is a descriptive and analytical study of the words of sovereignty and governance in the book Shams Al-Uloom by Nashwan bin SaeedAl-Humairi (d: 573AH).The research discusses primarily words of a political nature associated with the sovereignty and rule of the people, in which the titles are said to the master, whose sovereignty and domination is located on a limited amount of people such as his family, people or group, and includes words related to the ruler, whose rule is located on a larger group of people such as the emirate, state, ministry or state The study is based on the description of the semantics of the word a comprehensive linguistic description and adequate analysis so as not to confuse the significance of another word. The study was based on important axes such as linguistic rooting, which combines the partial meanings of linguistic structure under one origin, and this is one of the features of the Arabic language that is specific to it without other languages, and the rooting of these words discusses their entry between Arabic words, which reflects the interest of ancient linguists in this issue. The research came in an introduction, two sections, a conclusion and an index of sources and references.
