|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى رضا الطلبة عن جودة تصميم البوابة الإلكترونية لجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، بالاعتماد على المنهج المسحي الوصفي حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (١٩٨) طالبا، حيث بينت النتائج أن مستوى رضا الطلبة عن جودة تصميم البوابة الإلكترونية لجامعة البلقاء التطبيقية بدرجة عالية لجميع مجالات الأداة، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس تعزى لصالح الذكور على مجال الاتصال فقط، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للمستوى الدراسي، وقد أوصت الدراسة بإجراء ورشات تدريبية للطلبات لكيفية التعامل مع البوابة بشكل أفضل.
|b The study aimed to find out the level of students' satisfaction with the quality Al-Balqa Applied University portal design. The study relied on the descriptive survey method, A questionnaire was used to collect data . The study sample consisted of (198) students. The results showed that the level of students' satisfaction with the quality Al-Balqa Applied University portal design was high level for all areas of the tool, and the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable attributed to the benefit of males in the field of communication only, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributed to the academic level, and the study recommended conducting training workshops for female students on how to deal with the portal better.
