المستخلص: يعد العنف بأنواعه هو السمة البارزة لدى أغلب الحركات الإسلامية المتشددة والمتطرفة والتي تحقق من خلاله أهدافها وغاياتها؛ إذ قامت هذه الحركات بعملية تأصيل لأيديولوجياتها من خلال ممارسات عنيفة متعددة الأشكال، وقد سوغت هذه الأفعال الإجرامية وشرعنتها لمواجهة الحكومات أو لمواجهة الآخر المعادي والمغاير أيديولوجيا، وفكريا، ودينيا، ومذهبيا. ومن هنا؛ فإن الدراسة تستهدف ظاهرة العنف المؤدلج في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي في فترة ظهور تنظيم داعش الإرهابي في العراق تحديدا من سنة 2014م إلى الآن، واستخدام المنهج التاريخي لمعرفة جذور هذا الفكر، والمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحليل هذه الظاهرة سياسيا وتاريخيا، والاستقصاء عن أبرز الاتجاهات الحاضنة لهذه الظاهرة وهذا التنظيم والتي استندت في تنظيرها الأيديولوجي على تراث فكري إسلامي جعل من هذه الحركات والتيارات والتنظيمات مثار رعب للمجتمعات العربية والإسلامية، وأعطت صورة مشوهة عن الفكر السياسي الإسلامي في أعين الغرب. والسؤال المحوري هنا؛ لماذا ظهر هذا التنظيم في هذا الوقت والمكان المحددين؟ ولماذا أوغل في دماء المسلمين بعنف مفرط؟ هل كان من متبنياته الفكرية أم استنبط مما رسخ في التراث السياسي الإسلامي؟ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن هذه التنظيمات التي تدعي الإسلام ما هي إلا نتاج حرب كونية على الإسلام والمسلمين؛ وهذا ما صرح به المسئولون الغربيون وعملوا على تشكيل تلك التنظيمات بأموال عربية؛ وفكر بعض شيوخ المال والسلطة، وبالطبع من خلال غسل أدمغة الشباب الساذج الذي ينساق وراء كل فكرة أو رأي دون التدقيق أو محاولة الفهم من أجل الإمساك بالدين بالشكل الذي رسمه الله تعالى للبشرية في محكم كتابه الكريم.

Violence of all kinds is the prominent characteristic of most extremist and extremist Islamic movements, through which they achieve their goals and objectives. These movements have carried out the process of rooting their ideologies through violent practices of various forms. These criminal acts have been justified and legitimized to confront governments or to confront others that are hostile and different in ideology, thought, and religion. And sectarianly, hence the study targets the phenomenon of ideological violence in Islamic political thought during the period of the emergence of the ISIS terrorist organization in Iraq specifically from the year 2014 until now, and uses the historical approach to find out the roots of this thought and the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze this phenomenon politically and historically and investigate the most prominent trends incubating this phenomenon. And this organization Which based its ideological theory on an Islamic intellectual heritage that made these movements, currents and organizations a source of terror for Arab and Islamic societies and gave a distorted image of Islamic political thought in the eyes of the West. The central question here is: Why did this organization appear at this specific time and place and why did it pour into the blood ofMuslims with excessive violence? ? Was it one of his intellectual adoptions, or was it derived from what was firmly established in the Islamic political heritage? The study reached results, the most important of which is that these organizations that claim to be Islam are nothing but the product of a global war on Islam and Muslims. This is what Western officials declared and they worked to form these organizations with Arab money and the ideas of some of the sheikhs of money and power, and of course through brainwashing the naive youth who are led by everything. An idea or opinion without examining or trying to understand in order to grasp religion in the form that God Almighty has prescribed for humanity in His decisive Noble Book
