المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الاستشرافية إلى بيان مجالات التعاون المستقبلي بين أقسام الدراسات الإسلامية بالجامعات السعودية في تعزيز النشر العلمي في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة، ويتفرع عن هذا الهدف مجموعة من الأهداف، وهي: التعرف كيفية التعاون المستقبلي من خلال مجال: إنشاء مكتبة علمية رقمية مشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة، وأهميته، ومعوقاته، وبيان كيفية التعاون المستقبلي من خلال مجال: إنشاء الدوريات العلمية الإلكترونية المشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة، وأهميته، ومعوقاته، والتعرف على كيفية التعاون المستقبلي من خلال مجال: إنشاء المجموعات البحثية المشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة، وأهميته، ومعوقاته. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الاستشرافية لعدة نتائج من أهمها: أن من أبرز مجالات التعاون المستقبلي بين أقسام الدراسات الإسلامية بالجامعات السعودية في تعزيز النشر العلمي في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة هو مجال: التعاون في إنشاء مكتبة علمية رقمية مشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة؛ حيث تمتاز المكتبة الرقمية المشتركة بكونها: تنقل المكتبة التقليدية إلى ذات المستخدم، وسرعة الوصول إلى المادة العلمية، وكونها توفر مشاركة المعلومات الرقمية مع الآخرين، وسهولة تحديث المعلومات فيها، وكونها تقدم أشكالا جديدة من المعلومات، وتقوم بتوفير النفقات المالية، وكل هذه الميزات تصب في سبيل تعزيز النشر العلمي في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة لجملة من التوصيات من أهمها: أن تقوم أقسام الدراسات الإسلامية بالجامعات السعودية بالتعاون المستقبلي في تعزيز النشر العلمي في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة من خلال إنشاء مكتبة علمية رقمية مشتركة، وإنشاء الدوريات العلمية الإلكترونية المشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة، وإنشاء المجموعات البحثية المشتركة في القضايا الفكرية المعاصرة.

This Forward-looking Study aims to indicate the fields of future cooperation among Islamic Studies Departments in Saudi Universities in promoting scientific publishing regarding contemporary intellectual issues. From this objective, a set of objectives are branched which are as follows: Identifying the manner of cooperating in the future through the field of establishing a joint digital scientific library on contemporary intellectual issues, its importance, and obstacles, indicating the manner of cooperating in the future through the field of Establishing joint electronic scientific periodicals on contemporary intellectual issues, its importance, and obstacles, setting out the manner of cooperating in the future through the field of Establishing joint research groups in contemporary intellectual issues, its importance, and obstacles. Among the most prominent results that the Forward-looking study has reached; is that the most important fields of future cooperation among Islamic Studies Departments in Saudi Universities in promoting scientific publishing on contemporary intellectual issues are the field of cooperation in establishing a joint digital scientific library on contemporary intellectual issues; Where the shared digital library is featured by: the transfer of the classical library to the same user, the quick access to scientific material, the sharing of digital information with others, the ease of updating information therein. Besides, the fact that it presents new forms of information, and it saves financial expenses. Further, all these features contribute to promoting scientific publishing in contemporary intellectual issues. Among the recommendations suggested by the study, the most important of which are: The Islamic Studies Departments in Saudi universities should cooperate in the future in promoting scientific publishing on contemporary intellectual issues through the establishment of a joint digital scientific library, the establishment of joint electronic scientific periodicals in contemporary intellectual issues, and the establishment of joint research groups in issues contemporary intellectual.
