المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى فحص العلاقة بين استثمار المؤسسات الأمنية الكويتية المنوط بها تنفيذ أهداف التنمية المستدامة بحلول 2035 ذات العلاقة بالبعد المروري لأدوات الإعلام الرقمي في التوعية بأهداف التنمية المستدامة المتعلقة بالبعد المروري، واعتمدت الدراسة على كل من النشاط الرقمي وكذلك نظرية التفاعلية الرمزية، وتعد الدراسة وصفية، واعتمدت على منهج المسح، وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة 400 مفردة من الجمهور الكويتي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى المتابعة المرتفع من قبل نسبة 54.2% من الجمهور الكويتي لوسائل الإعلام الرقمية التي تقدم معلومات عن تنفيذ الجهاز الأمني لمستهدفات التنمية المستدامة المنوط به تحقيقها، تلاه المتابعة المتوسط من قبل نسبة 38.3%، وأخيرا جاء المتابعة المنخفضة من قبل نسبة 7.5% من عينة الدراسة، كما جاء نسبة 72.3% من الجمهور الكويتي مهتم بمتابعة المعلومات عن مستهدفات التنمية المستدامة المنوط بالجهاز الأمني تحقيقها والمنشورة عبر وسائل الإعلام الرقمية، تلاه الاهتمام المتوسط من قبل نسبة 20.5%، وأخيرًا جاء الاهتمام المنخفض من قبل نسبة 7.3% من عينة الدراسة، وقد ثبت وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دوافع التعرض لوسائل الإعلام الرقمية التي تقدم معلومات عن تنفيذ الجهاز الأمني لمستهدفات التنمية المستدامة المنوط به تحقيقها وبين أشكال التفاعل مع هذه الوسائل الرقمية، كما ثبت وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كثافة التعرض لوسائل الإعلام الرقمية التي تقدم معلومات عن تنفيذ الجهاز الأمني لمستهدفات التنمية المستدامة المنوط به تحقيقها وبين دوافع متابعة هذه الوسائل؛ كما ثبت وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ثقة عينة الدراسة في تحقيق الجهاز الأمني للمستهدفات التنمية المستدامة المرورية عبر وسائل الإعلام الرقمي التي تقدم معلومات في ذات الشأن وحدوث التأثيرات الوجدانية والمعرفية والسلوكية نتيجة متابعة المعلومات المقدمة عبر وسائل الإعلام الرقمية.

The current study seeks to examine the relationship between the investment of the Kuwaiti security institutions entrusted with implementing the sustainable development goals by 2035 related to the traffic dimension of digital media tools in raising awareness of the sustainable development goals related to the traffic dimension. The study relied on both digital activity as well as the theory of symbolic activity, and the study is considered descriptive. It relied on a survey approach, and the sample size of the study reached 400 individuals from the Kuwaiti public. The study found a high level of follow-up by %54.2 of the Kuwaiti public for digital media outlets that provide information about the security apparatus’s implementation of the sustainable development goals it is entrusted with achieving, followed by follow-up. The average was shown by %38.3, and finally the low follow-up was shown by %7.5 of the study sample, and %72.3 of the Kuwaiti public was interested in following up on information about the sustainable development goals that the security apparatus is entrusted with achieving and published through digital media, followed by moderate interest by A rate of %20.5, and finally the low interest came from %7.3 of the study sample, and it has been proven that there is a statistically significant correlation between the motives for exposure to digital media that provide information about the security apparatus’s implementation of the sustainable development goals it is entrusted with achieving and the forms of interaction with these media. It has also been proven that there is a statistically significant correlation between the intensity of exposure to digital media that provide information about the security apparatus’s implementation of the sustainable development goals it is entrusted with achieving and the motivations for pursuing these media. It has also been proven that there is a statistically significant correlation between the confidence of the study sample in the security apparatus achieving the goals of sustainable traffic development through digital media that provide information in this regard and the occurrence of emotional, cognitive and behavioral effects as a result of following up on the information provided through digital media.
