|a الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأبعاد القيادة الريادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المدارس الابتدائية بدولة الكويت وكذلك تعرف مدى توافر عناصر ثقافة الجودة داخل المدارس، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين ممارسة مديري المدارس الأبعاد القيادة الريادية وأثرها في تعزيز ثقافة الجودة داخل المدرسة. المنهج: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية، بلغت 1306 معلمين ومعلمات في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت. النتائج: كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة أبعاد القيادة الريادية عند مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في دولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأن تعزيز أبعاد ثقافة الجودة في المدرسة جاء بدرجة عالية، كما كشفت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بمستوى عال بين درجة ممارسة مدير المدرسة للقيادة الريادية ودرجة تعزيز ثقافة الجودة في المدرسة. الخاتمة: خلصت الدراسة إلى إن هناك تأثيرا كبيرا لممارسة مدير المدرسة لأبعاد القيادة الريادية على تعزيز ثقافة الجودة في المدرسة، وبناء على ذلك؛ أوصت الدراسة بزيادة الوعي لدى القيادات المدرسية بأهمية الدور الريادي الذي يؤدونه، وبناء برامج تدريبية مهنية لمديري المدارس لتفعيل دورهم في نشر ثقافة الجودة والإبداع والابتكار.
|b Objectives: The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership among school leaders from the point of view of teachers in primary schools in the State of Kuwait, as well as the availability of elements of quality culture, in addition to clarifying the statistically significant relationship between the practice of school principals in the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership and its impact on promoting a culture of quality within the school, Method: The study followed the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was administered to a random sample of 1306 male and female teachers in primary schools in the State of Kuwait. Results: The results revealed that the degree to which school leaders’ practice the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership has been very high, as has the promotion of a quality culture in school. The study revealed that there is a positive relationship at a high level between the degree of practice of entrepreneurial leadership by the school principal and the degree of availability of dimensions of quality culture in schools. Conclusion: The study concluded that there was a significant impact of the practice of entrepreneurial leadership by the school leaders on promoting a culture of quality in school. The study, therefore, recommended raising awareness among school leaders of the importance of the entrepreneurial role they play and building professional training programs for school leaders.
