|a هدف الدراسة: التعرف على واقع المرأة في كل من العراق والإمارات مع ذكر أبرز المعوقات لأداء أدوارها في محاولة للعمل على تمكين قدراتها لاسيما في مجال صناعة القرارات وصولا نحو التكامل الاجتماعي. المنهجية: اعتمدت خطة البحث على تقسيم الموضوع إلى مبحثين، اهتم الأول بعرض الحياة السياسية للمرأة العراقية. أما المبحث الثاني استعرض العوامل التي حفزت المرأة الإماراتية للمشاركة بالحياة السياسية من خلال الوظائف التي تسلمتها. اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض الأحداث التاريخية للبحث، حيث تم وصف تلك الأحداث حسب تسلسلها الزمني التاريخي ومن ثم إعطاء تحليل وفق المعطيات التي رافقت الحدث. النتائج: الاستقرار السياسي، والدعم الحكومي، والوعي المجتمعي، والتعليم، والوعي السياسي، والتمكين الاقتصادي، والتدريب، من العوامل المهمة في دعم المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العربية. الخلاصة: إن تمكين المرأة سياسيا وتعزيز مشاركتها في العمل السياسي من مظاهر المجتمعات الديمقراطية والتي تعكس بدورها مدى سعي الحكومات في تعزيز المشاركة النسوية.
|b Background: The study aimed to identify the reality of women in both Iraq and the United Arab Emirates, with mentioning the most prominent obstacles to the performance of women's roles in an attempt to work on empowering their abilities, especially in the field of decision- making, towards social integration Methodology: The research plan relied on dividing the topic into two sections, the first concerned with presenting the political life of Iraqi women. The second topic reviewed the factors that motivated Emirati women to participate in political life through the jobs they held.The research followed the descriptive analytical approach in presenting the historical events, as these events were described according to their historical chronological sequence, and then an analysis was given according to the data that accompanied the event.Results: Political stability, government support, community awareness, education, political awareness, economic empowerment, and training are important factors in supporting the political participation of Arab women. Conclusion: Empowering women politically and enhancing their participation in political action is one of the manifestations of democratic societies, which in turn reflects the extent to which governments seek to enhance women's participation.
