|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في قسم التربية والعلوم الإنسانية بكلية العلوم والآداب بجامعة نزوى نحو القيام بالبحوث النوعية في رسائل الماجستير بالقسم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي النوعي؛ حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات الفردية التي أجريت مع (٥) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالقسم وقد كشفت نتائج المقابلات أن التحديات تنقسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام تحديات ما قبل البحث، وتحديات تتعلق بمهارات البحث، وتحديات تتعلق بما بعد إعداد البحوث النوعية. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود تحديات تتعلق بكل من الأساتذة والطلبة وقامت عينة البحث بإعطاء مجموعة من الحلول للمساعدة في تذليل تلك التحديات، ما يتعلق بالطلبة منها تأهيل الباحث بشكل سابق، وذلك بإكسابه مهارات النقد والتقييم والتنشئة الاجتماعية حين يتعلق بطريقة التفكير التحليلي الناقد، وتغير نظم التقييم والتقويم والدرجات، وإعادة النظر في المواد الاستدراكية (المقررات التي يدرسها الطلبة قبل الدخول في دراسة الماجستير) وما يتعلق بالأساتذة منها البحث عن المتخصصين في مجالات البحث النوعي والاستفادة منهم، استضافة الخبراء النوعين من خارج الجامعة، وتسويق ثقافة البحوث النوعية، من خلال برامج معدة مسبقا لتدريب الأساتذة والتدريب العملي على البحث النوعي من خلال الورش والمشاغل والبرامج التدريبية المتنوعة. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة؛ وضعت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة توجيه الطلبة نحو القيام بإجراء البحوث النوعية مع تذليل التحديات الخاصة بها، وعمل دورات تدريبية متخصصة في البحوث النوعية للأساتذة والطلبة على حد سواء. فيما تم اقتراح عدة دراسات مستقبلية للباحثين.
|b The study aimed to identify the challenges facing postgraduate students in the Department of Education and Human Studies, College of Arts and Sciences, University of Nizwa, in conducting qualitative research in master's theses in the department. To achieve the study objective, the descriptive qualitative approach was used; data were collected through individual interviews conducted with (5) faculty members in the department. The results of the interviews revealed that the challenges are divided into three sections: pre-research challenges, challenges related to research skills, and challenges related to post-preparation of qualitative research. The results also revealed the existence of challenges related to both professors and students, and the research sample provided a set of solutions to help overcome these challenges, related to students, including: qualifying the researcher in advance, by providing him with the skills of criticism, evaluation and socialization when it comes to the method of critical analytical thinking, changing the systems of evaluation, assessment and grades, and reviewing the remedial materials (courses that students study before entering the master's studies) and related to professors, including: searching for specialists in the fields of qualitative research and benefiting from them, hosting qualitative experts from outside the university, and marketing the culture of qualitative research, through pre-prepared programs to train professors. And practical training in qualitative research through workshops and various training programs. Considering the previous results, the study gave a set of recommendations, including the necessity of directing students towards conducting qualitative research while overcoming its specific challenges, and holding specialized training courses in qualitative research for professors and students alike. Several future studies were proposed for researchers.
