|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج إرشادي نفسي ديني في تنمية الصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة المسلمين، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۳۰) طالبا، وطالبة بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة الزقازيق، تم تقسيمهم لمجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية، وعددها (١٥) طالبا، وطالبة، والأخرى تجريبية، وعددها (١٥) طالبا وطالبة، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (۲۲- ٢٤) عاما، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، وقد طبق مقياس الصلابة النفسية (إعداد/ عماد مخيمر، ۲۰۱۹)، وبرنامج إرشادي نفسي ديني من إعداد (الباحث)، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي النفسي الديني في تنمية الصلابة النفسية للطلاب، ويؤكد هذا أهميته في تنمية الجوانب الإيجابية في الشخصية للطلاب.
|b The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a religious psychological counseling program in developing psychological hardiness among a sample of Muslim university students. And a female student, and the other experimental, and they number (15) male and female students, their ages ranged between (22-24) years. The researcher used the quasi-experimental method, and he applied the psychological hardiness scale (prepared by/ Emad Mukhaimer, 2019), and a religious psychological counseling program prepared by (Researcher), the results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the religious psychological counseling program in developing students’ psychological hardiness, and this confirms its importance in developing the positive aspects of students’ personality.
