المستخلص: لقد استهدفت الدراسة الفقهية بعنوان (اتصال الصفوف بالمسجد الحرام وخارجه) بحث وجمع وتأصيل مسألة اتصال الصفوف بالمسجد الحرام، حيث إني لم أرى من بحثها أو جمعها وأصلها بالأدلة الشرعية وقد سرت في بحثها وفق منهج علمي وصفته في المقدمة، وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين المبحث الأول: في اتصال الصفوف داخل المسجد الحرام، والمبحث الثاني: في اتصال الصفوف خارج المسجد الحرام، وجمعت في كل مبحث أحكام اتصال الصفوف بالمسجد الحرام مع بيان خلاف أهل العلم فيما قوي فيه الخلاف وأدلتهم وبيان الرأي الراجح بدليله، ثم ختمت البحث بأهم النتائج، ومن أهم النتائج: أهمية اتصال الصفوف وعناية الشريعة بها، وأن ضابط اتصال الصفوف هو: تعاقبها وإتمام الأول فالأول، والرحبة هي الساحة المبنية المتصلة بالمسجد محجرا عليه غالبا، فهي زيادة موقوفة على المسجد، صحة اقتداء المصلي بالطابق الأرضي أو في الخلوة بالإمام ولو لم تتعاقب الصفوف وتكتمل وأن ساحات المسجد الحرام لا تأخذ حكم المسجد إلا إذا اتصلت الصفوف وتعاقب باعتبار الاتصال.

This study aims at researching and collecting all the information related to the issue of the continuation of worshipper rows at the Grand Mosque in light of Sharia since none has done such research before. The method followed in the research is described in the introduction; in addition, there is a preface, and two sections. The first section tackles the continuation of the rows inside the Grand Mosque whereas the second deals with their continuation outside it. Each section discusses the rulings related to the issue of the continuation of the rows at the Grand Mosque explaining the points of difference among scholars regarding this issue, their evidence, and showing the opinion most likely to be correct supported by its evidence. Then, the research concludes with the most important results, which include the following: The importance of the continuation of the rows and the Sharia’s interest in this issue. The succession of the rows and the completion of the first, then the next are important rules in this issue. The Raḩba is the spacious area built outside the mosque as an extension of it, and considered part of it. It is correct for the worshippers on the ground floor or in any free space to follow the imam, even if the rows are not complete and even if the succession condition is not met. The open spaces of the Grand Mosque do not take the rule of the mosque unless the rows are connected.
