|a تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل ودراسة المستفيدين من المستودع الرقمي لمكتبة قطر الوطنية لفهم طرق استخدامهم ومستوى وعيهم بخدمات المستودع الرقمي وأهم التحديات والعقبات التي يواجهونها تجاه هذا الاستخدام، ومن ثم تقييم نجاح الخدمات المقدمة وتحديدها، واستشراف التعديلات والتغيرات اللازمة لتحسين هذه الخدمات. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الميداني حيث يعد المناهج الملائم لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة للدراسة. وفي سبيل ذلك، قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان خاص لهذا الغرض وتوزيعه على عينة من المستفيدين. وقد تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من الاستبيان واستخلاص النتائج الرئيسية التي توضح خصائص وسمات المستفيدين واتجاهاتهم البحثية في المستودع الرقمي، كما تم استعراض التحديات التي يواجهها المستفيدين أثناء البحث في المستودع الرقمي. وقد أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالمستفيدين من المستودع الرقمي لمكتبة قطر الوطنية بعض القصور في تقديم خدمات معينة، مع القيود المفروضة في الحصول على نسخة رقمية، وتحقيق الهدف الأساسي من بناء المستودعات الرقمية وهو الإتاحة الحرة للمعلومات، وكذلك ضرورة زيادة الوعي بأهمية المستودع وتعزيز استخدامه من قبل الباحثين.
|b The study aims to analyze and examine the beneficiaries of the Qatar National Library's digital repository to understand their usage patterns, awareness levels of its services, and the main challenges and obstacles they face in using it. Subsequently, it evaluates the success of the provided services, identifies them, and anticipates the necessary modifications and changes to improve these services. The field methodology was adopted as it is suitable for achieving the specific objectives of the study. In this regard, the researcher designed a specific questionnaire for this purpose and distributed it to a sample of beneficiaries. The collected data from the questionnaire were analyzed, and the main results were extracted, illustrating the characteristics and research orientations of the beneficiaries in the digital repository. The challenges faced by the beneficiaries during their research in the digital repository were also reviewed. The results showed some shortcomings in providing certain services, along with restrictions on accessing digital copies, and achieving the main goal of building digital repositories, which is the free availability of information. It also emphasized the necessity to increase awareness of the importance of the repository and enhance its usage by researchers.
