المستخلص: إن منطلق الدراسة في هذا البحث معتمدة على إبراز مكانة قواعد اللغة العربية، في جانبهما الوظيفي التطبيقي، إلى جانب باقي القرائن الأخرى، وذلك لبيان العلاقة التفاعلية بين النحو والعلوم الشرعية، تأثيرا وتأثرا، وإظهار أثر ذلك بين المفسرين والفقهاء وعلماء العقيدة والحديث في فهم النصوص الشرعية، واستنباط الأحكام الشرعية العملية، وتناول المسائل الجزئية في العقائد الإسلامية، وكذلك التأويلات النحوية في اختلاف آراء العلماء ومذاهبهم، حيث إن الموضوع تتجاذبه علوم متعددة، ومن يتتبع تحليل العلماء للعناصر التركيبية، يلحظ كثرة الأخذ والرد بالترجيح أو التضعيف أو الرفض بين العلماء؛ فكان من أثر ذلك أن تتأثر آراؤهم وتؤثر أيضا في آراء غيرهم، فنرى أحيانا أن أحدهم قد يجيز غير وجه في عنصر ما، لا يجيزه غيره، وبالتالي تتشعب مواقفهم، وتتعدد أوجههم في تحليلاتهم؛ ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان كيفية استخدام هذه اللغة لتحقيق أهداف النصوص وغاياتها، بدراسة تربط النظام النحوي بالطريقة التي وظف فيها لأداء المعاني، في ضوء إبراز الأثر الدلالي المتبادل بين النحو وعلوم الشرع؛ فبتعدد الأوجه الإعرابية للكلمة، يتعدد المعنى الواحد والعكس.

The starting point of the study in this research is based on highlighting the status of the Arabic language grammar, in its functional and applied aspect, along with the rest of the other evidence, in order to demonstrate the interactive relationship between grammar and the Sharia sciences, their influence and influence, and to show the impact of that among interpreters, jurists, and scholars of belief and hadith in understanding Sharia texts. And deducing practical legal rulings, and dealing with partial issues in Islamic beliefs, as well as grammatical interpretations in the differing opinions of scholars and their schools of thought, as the subject is attracted by multiple sciences. Whoever follows the scholars’ analysis of the structural elements notices the frequent exchanges of favor, weakness, or rejection among scholars. As a result of this, their opinions were influenced and also affected the opinions of others. We sometimes see that one of them may allow another aspect of an element, but another does not allow it, and thus their positions become more complex, and their analysis has many facets. This research aims to explain how this language is used to achieve the goals and objectives of texts, through a study linking the grammatical system to the way it was used to perform meanings, in light of highlighting the mutual semantic impact between grammar and the sciences of Sharia. With multiple grammatical aspects of a word, the same meaning is multiple and vice versa.
