المستخلص: Remote work seems to be a challenge that awaits organizations and institutions in the coming years. If an important number of organizations have developed remote work, this method that was suddenly imposed due to Covid-19 has become necessary as this context forces us to organize work differently, which includes experimenting with new methods of management. Therefore, it should be seen as a period of experimentation and learning in which recent innovations are tested at the same time. It is understood that during the first experiences of remote work, a group of constraints were revealed, such as the logic of all innovations in the first stage. In fact, the post-pandemic period can provide us with more time to fill these gaps and restrictions. Moreover, most researchers believe that remote work is a new way in the work system.
