|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع: (موقف الإمام القرطبي من القراءات الشاذة في تفسيره لسورة البقرة جمعا وتوجيها) ، وتكمن الإشكالية في أن الدراسات السابقة في القراءات الشاذة عند الإمام القرطبي، لم تحظ بالعناية الكاملة، ومنها تفسيره "الجامع لأحكام القرآن"، وقد كان هذا دافعا قويا لظهور هذه الدراسة التطبيقية ولعلها تكون نواة لبداية العمل على تأصيل هذه المناهج التحليلية وتطبيقاتها على كتب المفسرين أمثال العلامة القرطبي- رحمه الله- وأما عن منهجية البحث فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستنباطي، والوصفي، وشملت الدراسة: الحديث عن منهج الإمام القرطبي رحمه الله تعالى للقراءات الشاذة وعرضه لها ونسبته وتوجيهها والاحتجاج لها، واستنباط الأمثلة والشواهد من تفسيره للقراءات الشاذة وتحديد معايير قبوله لها، والوسائل التي يعتمد عليها في تقوية وجوه القراءات، وبيان أثرها الفعال في إيضاح الدلالة التفسيرية والاستدلال الفقهي في مجال الأحكام الفقهية من خلال سورة البقرة، وقد خلصت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: أن الإمام القرطبي رحمه الله اهتم بالقراءات الشاذة جنبا إلى جنب مع القراءات المتواترة، وكان يحتج بالقراءات بآية أو حديث أو شعر وغير ذلك، وكان يدافع عن القراءات ويرجحها، وتبحر الإمام القرطبي رحمه الله في القراءات واللغة العربية، وأخيرا جواز الاحتجاج بالقراءات الشاذة.
|b This study aims to address the topic: (Imam Al-Qurtubi’s position on the abnormal readings in his interpretation of Surah Al-Baqarah, in general and guidance ): The problem is that previous studies in the abnormal readings of Imam al-Qurtubi are almost rare, and did not receive full attention, including his interpretation of the “comprehensive provisions of the Qur’an.” Interpreters such as Al-Allamah Al-Qurtubi - may God have mercy on him - and as for the research methodology, the researcher used the deductive, inductive, and descriptive method, and divided the research into an introduction, six chapters and a conclusion. And deduce examples and evidence from his interpretation of the abnormal readings, determine the criteria for his acceptance of them, and the means on which he depends in strengthening the aspects of the readings, and clarifying their effective impact in clarifying the explanatory significance. And jurisprudential reasoning in the field of jurisprudence through the Al-Baqarah surahs - the study concluded with the following results:_ Imam Al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, was interested in the abnormal readings along with the frequent readings.He used to refer to the readings with any verse, hadith, poetry, and so on.- He was defending and weighing the readings.Permissibility of invoking abnormal readings.- Imam al-Qurtubi, may God have mercy on him, delved into readings and the Arabic language.
