المستخلص: تعمل المؤسسات اليوم في ظل بيئة عالمية تنافسية مفتوحة، أثرت بشكل كبير ومباشر على أداءها وقدرتها التنافسية، أمام تزايد الاهتمام في الأسواق العالمية بالجودة كأساس جوهري في التعامل. ولذلك تم التركيز في هذه الدراسة على التعريف بالمنظمة العالمية للتقييس، التي تكللت مجهوداتها المتواصلة لإيجاد أسس سليمة لتحقيق الجودة على المستوى العالمي، بإصدار عائلة المواصفات القياسية الأيزو 9000، التي وفرت للمؤسسات نظام لإدارة الجودة متكامل، والذي يسمح الالتزام بمبادئه ومتطلباته الواردة في المواصفة القياسية الأيزو 9001 بالحصول على الشهادة بالمطابقة. وبعد التركيز على مضمون المواصفة الأيزو 9001: 2015 وعرض مزاياها، توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها بأن تطبيق مواصفات الأيزو 9001: 2015 يعد فرصة للمؤسسات الراغبة في ترقية أدائها وضمان بقائها وكسب المزايا التنافسية في تحسين جودة الإنتاج، تخفيض التكاليف، كسب ثقة العملاء، ضمان التواجد عالميا والحصول على الشهادة بالمطابقة.

Today's organizations operate in an open, competitive global environment, which has greatly and directly affected its performance and competitive ability, in the face of the increasing interest in global markets in quality as an essential basis in Dealing. Therefore, the focus of this study was on introducing the International Organization for Standardization, whose continuous efforts to create sound foundations for achieving quality at the global level, culminated in the issuance of the ISO 9000 family of standards, which provided institutions with an integrated quality management system, which allows adherence to its principles and requirements contained in the ISO standard. 9001 by obtaining a certificate of conformity. After focusing on the content of ISO 9001: 2015 and presenting its advantages, we reached the conclusion that applying the ISO 9001: 2015 standard is an opportunity for organizations wishing to improve their performance, ensure their survival, and gain competitive advantages in improving production quality, reducing costs, gaining customer confidence, and ensuring a global presence. And obtain a certificate of conformity.

Les organisations d'aujourd'hui opèrent dans un environnement mondial ouvert et compétitif, ce qui a grandement et directement affecté sa performance et sa capacité compétitive, en face à l'intérêt croissant des marchés mondiaux pour la qualité comme base essentielle du Dealing. Par conséquent, cette étude s'est concentrée sur la présentation de l'Organisation internationale de normalisation, dont les efforts continus pour créer des bases solides pour atteindre la qualité au niveau mondial ont abouti à la publication de la famille de normes ISO 9000, qui fournit aux institutions un système intégré de gestion de la qualité. système de gestion, qui permet le respect de ses principes et exigences contenus dans la norme ISO 9001 en obtenant un certificat de conformité. Après s'être concentré sur le contenu de la norme ISO 9001: 2015 et avoir présenté ses avantages, nous sommes arrivés à la conclusion que la mise en oeuvre des spécifications ISO 9001: 2015 est une opportunité pour les organisations souhaitant améliorer leurs performances, assurer leur survie et acquérir des avantages concurrentiels en améliorant la qualité de la production, en réduisant les coûts, en gagnant la confiance des clients, en assurant une présence mondiale et en obtenant un certificat de conformité.
