العالم يتغير بسرعة والعولمة جعلت هذا العالم قرية مترامية الأطراف ولكن تحت نظام اقتصادي وتكنولوجي واجتماعي وإعلامي متناغم مع متطلبات الحياة.فلهذا الأمر ظهرت الأزمة وأصبحت المنظمات المعاصرة تواجه أوقاتا عصبية هذه تنمية طبيعية لنظام عالمي جديد تتغير فيه الأوضاع البيئية المتقلبة باستمرار، ولهذا تعتبر الأزمات من أهم الظواهر في حياة المنظمات المعاصرة، حيث يستحق الانتباه إليها كما أدركت كثير من الحكومات في هذا الوقت حقيقة هذا التعقيد وبدأت مثلا بالعمل والاستجابة وإيجاد وتطوير نظم إدارية خاصة لمعالجة هذه الأزمات ومواجهتها .إدارة الأزمة عملية إدارية فريدة حيث أنها تتعرض لحدث أو أحداث مفاجئ لم تكن في الحسبان لذلك تحتاج الأزمة لتصرفات حاسمة ولقرارات سريعة مع خطورة الموقف المتطور كما نجد آن للإعلام في عصر العولمة دور في توعية وإثارة اهتمام الأفراد والمؤسسات والدول وفقا لنطاق الأزمة وتزويدهم بالأخبار والحقائق والمعلومات والبيانات التي يتم إعدادها بشكل معين وبمحتوى ومضمون معين ويكون ذلك من خلال رجالات فكر وإعلام. كما تم إظهار دور التخطيط في نجاح أو فشل إدارة الأزمات حيث أن هناك العديد من المبادئ التي يجب مراعاتها عند إعداد الخطط لمواجهة الأزمة من هذه المبادئ المركزية والإلزامية والمرونة والواقعية والاستمرارية والمشاركة والتوقيت والاحتمالات وغيرهافالبحث أخذ إمكانيات إدارة الأزمات في مجال الإنتاج في عصر العولمة لما لها من أهمية في الوقت الحاضر، فزيادة الإنتاج وتفادي الأزمات المؤقتة أو الطارئة التي تواجهها الشركات الإنتاجية حيث أن بلادنا تفتقر لوجود طاقم خاص لإدارة الأزمات سواء في المجال الحكومي أو الخاص. تم التطرق إلى كيفية إدارة الأزمة في القطاع الصناعي الفلسطيني وتأثيره على الاقتصاد الفلسطيني الذي يعتبر العنصر الرئيسي في إنجاح عملية التنمية المندمجة كون هذا القطاع معتمد على العنصر البشري.فالقطاع الصناعي الفلسطيني تأثر كثيرا خلال الاحتلال فهو في أشد الحاجة لوجود طاقم إداري لمواجهة الأزمات المتلاحقة.
The world is changing rapidly and globalization is making this world a wide village under an economic, technological, social, and marketing system suitable with the demands of the life.This is why conflict appeared and the modem organization is facing difficult times which is a normal development for a new world system in which environmental situation are continuously changing. Conflicts are one of the important phenomenous in the life of the modem organizations. It should receive attentions as many governments have relised and started to work react, find, and develop managerial systems to face these conflicts and solve them.Conflict management is a unique managerial process as it deals with sudden event/events. It therefore requires conclusive actions and fast decisions suitable for the severity of the situation media has a role in educating and attracting the attention of the individuals organizations and countries and providing them with news, facts data, and information that are prepared in a special way and content by media and though people. Planning role in the success of managing conflict has been appealed as many principles should be considered in planning for facing the conflict. Of these principle centralization, flixility, contiuity, purhapation, timing, probubilities and other.The search studies conflict management in the prodction area because it is important in the current time. Increastin productivity and avoiding temporary or emergency conflicts that the production organizations are facing as our countries are lacking a special conflict management team in private or/ and government sector.The process of conflict management in the Palestinian industrial secor and its effect on the palesinian economy has been studied. It is considered as the main factor in the success of the development process as it devends on the human factor.The Palestinian industrial sector has been heavily affected during the occupation.It is of a great need for the existence of a managerial team to face the continuing conflicts.
