هدفت الدراسة لتحليل الاتجاهات البحثية الحديثة للدراسات المهتمة بقضيه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من خلال تتبع الدراسات العربية والأجنبية بشكل علمي في الفترة الزمنية من 2010-2021 لتقديم رؤية تحليليه واضحة اعتمادا على معايير العينة الأدوات المنهجية والنتائج وتقديم مقترحات تساعد على التطوير. تنتمي هذه الدراسة للبحوث الوصفية التحليلية وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على إجراء مسح لعدد من الدراسات المتاحة في شكل ورقي أو إلكتروني والمتناولة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمنشورة ما بين عام 2010 و2020 وقد تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة المتاحة وتم تحليلهم من حيث العينة والمنهج والأهداف والنتائج والتوصيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج: * الارتفاع الملحوظ في معدلات استخدامات الشباب لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والذي ارجعته الباحثة لأزمة كورونا العالمية، حيث ركزت معظم الدراسات على فئة الشباب الجامعي بشكل خاص وإهمالها لبعض الفئات مثل الأطفال سواء مرحلة رياض الأطفال أو الابتدائي، وأهملت فئات المعاقين رغم احتياجها لاستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمساعدتها على تخطى مشكلتها الصحية نفسيا أو مساعدتها في دراستها أو في عملها. * تكرار معظم الدراسات للأفكار البحثية نفسها مع اختلاف العينة أو الفترة الزمنية المطبق بها، وعدم تنوعها على مستوى الإجراءات فكانت معظمها وصفية معتمدة على منهج المسح. أما عن أدوات جمع البيانات فكانت استمارات الاستقصاء والاستبانات هي الأدوات الأكثر شيوعا. * إهمال دراسة التأثيرات الاقتصادية والتنموية لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في مجالات أخرى مهمة مثل الصحة أو الاستخدامات الحكومية لهذه الوسائل وتوظيفها بشكل مفيد. * استحواذ الدول العربية بنسبة كبيرة من الدراسات وقد كانت السعودية والأردن ومصر من أكثر الدول التي اهتمت بالبحوث في هذا المجال، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية استحوذت بالنصيب الأكبر من الدراسات الأجنبية. وقد أوصت الدراسة ب: التوسع بالبحث في استخدامات فئات أخرى غير الشباب الجامعي مثل الأطفال وكبار السن والمرأة والاهتمام بفئه ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. - التوسع في دراسة دوافع استخدامات الأفراد لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، إلى جانب دراسة التأثيرات التنموية والاقتصادية لها. - اختيار أفكار بحثية جديدة والتركيز على الدراسات التجريبية ومراعاة تعددية المناهج والأدوات العلمية المعتمد عليها للوصول لتحليل عميق للقضية.
The study aimed to analyze recent research trends for studies interested in the issue of social networking sites by scientifically tracking Arab and foreign studies in the time period from 2010-2021 to provide a clear analytical vision based on criteria (sample, methodological tools and results) and to provide suggestions that help development. This study belongs to descriptive and analytical research, and the researcher relied on conducting a survey of a number of studies available in paper or electronic form, dealing with social networking sites and published between 2010 and 2020. The study reached a number of results: * The noticeable rise in the rates of young people’s use of social media, which the researcher attributed to the global crisis of Corona, where most studies focused on the university youth category in particular and their neglect of some groups such as children, whether kindergarten or primary, and neglected groups of the disabled despite their need to use social networking sites To help her overcome her mental health problem, or to assist her in her studies or work. * Most of the studies repeated the same research ideas with different sample or time period applied, and not diversifying at the level of procedures, most of them were descriptive and based on the survey method. As for data collection tools, survey forms and questionnaires were the most common tools. * Neglecting the study of the economic and developmental effects of social media in other important areas such as health or government uses of these means and their beneficial use. * Arab countries have acquired a large percentage of studies, and Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt were among the countries that paid most attention to research in this field, and the United States of America acquired the largest share of foreign studies. The study recommended: Expanding research into the uses of groups other than university youth, such as children, the elderly and women, and paying attention to the category of people with special needs. Expanding the study of the motives of individuals› use of social media, in addition to studying the developmental and economic effects thereof. Choosing new research ideas, focusing on empirical studies, and taking into account the plurality of scientific methods and tools based on them, in order to reach a deep analysis of the issue.
