|a هدف البحث إلى وضع إجراءات مقترحة للتعلم الخدمي بجامعة الإسكندرية، واستخدم المنهج المقارن لتحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1. تعرف الأسس النظرية للتعلم الخدمي، وأنواعه في الجامعات المعاصرة. 2. الكشف عن الجهود الراهنة لتطبيق التعلم الخدمي بجامعة الإسكندرية. 3. تعرف الوضع الراهن للتعلم الخدمي بجامعة ولاية أريزونا والكلية الجامعية سانت نوربرت، والقوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه. 4. تعرف الوضع الراهن للتعلم الخدمي بجامعة لينغنان وجامعة هونج كونج، والقوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه. 5. تفسير أوجه التشابه وأوجه الاختلاف بين جامعات المقارنة في ضوء بعض مفاهيم العلوم الاجتماعية. ٦. الوصول إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتطوير التعلم الخدمي بجامعة الإسكندرية. وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من النتائج، منها ما يلي: 1. يسهم التعلم الخدمي في تشكيل وتطوير مهارات المتعلمين من خلال وضعهم في العمل الميداني والمجتمعي، وتنمية مهارات الاتصال والشعور بالمسئولية تجاه مجتمعهم المحلي. ٢. يكسب التعلم الخدمي الخريجين المهارات والمعرفة اللازمة للارتقاء بالمجتمع. 3. تظهر القيمة النفعية التطبيقية للتعلم الخدمي من خلال ما يقدمه من أنشطة ومشروعات تسهم في خدمة المجتمع وحل مشكلاته. ٤. يسهم التقييم المستمر من أعضاء هيئة التدريس أثناء المراحل المختلفة للمشروع وفقا لمعايير تقييم التعلم الخدمي؛ استكشاف الممارسات الخطأ وتعديلها. 5. يسهم شركاء المجتمع في تخطيط وتنفيذ التعلم الخدمي، وفي تكوين وبناء شراكات متبادلة مع منظمات المجتمع. ٦. يسهم التعلم الخدمي في إعادة بناء معارف الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس. 7. يربط التعلم الخدمي بين النظرية والتطبيق في عملية التعلم.
|b The research aimed to develop proposed procedures for service learning at Alexandria University. The research used the comparative approach to achieve the following objectives: 1. Identify the theoretical foundations of service learning and its types in contemporary universities. 2. Reveal current efforts to implement service learning at Alexandria University. 3. Identify the current status of service learning at Arizona State University and St. Norbert (University) College, and the cultural forces and factors influencing it. 4. Identify the current status of service learning at Lingnan University and Hong Kong University, and the cultural forces and factors influencing it. 5. Interpret the similarities and differences between comparative universities in light of some social science concepts. 6. Reach proposed procedures for developing service learning at Alexandria University. The research is concluded with a set of results, including the following: 1. Service learning contributes to shaping and developing learners' skills by placing them in the field and community work, and developing communication skills and a sense of responsibility towards their local community. 2. Service learning provides graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance society. 3. The practical utility value of service learning is demonstrated through the activities and projects it provides that contribute to serving society and solving its problems. 4. Continuous evaluation by faculty members during the various stages of the project according to service-learning evaluation criteria contributes to exploring and modifying wrong practices. 5. Community partners contribute in planning and implementing service learning, and in forming and building mutual partnerships with community organizations. 6. Service learning contributes to rebuilding the knowledge of students and faculty members. 7. Service-learning links theory and application in the learning process.
