|b One of the main properties of the current business environment is the abundance of data. Therefore, the possession of useful information has become a major strategic issue for any company. Competitive intelligence is, in this sense, a vital necessity. It enables the processing of the information collected, while calling on a set of practices, which gives it a multidisciplinary character and makes it ambiguous. The purpose of this article is to clarify the conceptual field of competitive intelligence, based on the work of experts, in order to contribute to a delimitation of this perimeter and get over the various amalgams that arise.
|d L'une des caractéristiques majeures de l'environnement actuel des affaires est l'abondancedes données en circulation. C'est pourquoi, la détention de l'information utile est devenue un enjeu stratégique majeur pour toute entreprise. Dans ce sens, l'intelligence économiquese présente comme une nécessité vitale. Celle-cipermet de traiter et exploiter l'information collectée, tout en faisant appel à un ensemble de pratiques, ce qui lui confère un caractère pluridisciplinaire et l'entache d'ambiguïté. Le présent article a pour finalité d'éclaircir le champ conceptuel de l'intelligence économique à partir du sillage des travaux d'experts; Et ce, dans le but de contribuer à une délimitation de ce périmètre et contourner les différents amalgames qui se présentent.
