المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة إلى إجراء مسح للإنتاج الفكري الصادر باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لواقع أخلاقيات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات، وتعتمد هذه المراجعة العلمية على المنهج الببليوجرافي الببليومتري للتحليلات الإحصائية للإنتاج العلمي، وكذا على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه التحليلي لرصد وتحليل الإنتاج الفكري العلمي في موضوع أخلاقيات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات، وقد تم حصر عدد (70) مصدر تغطى الفترة من 2018 وحتى 2023. وسبب اختيار هذه الفترة يرجع إلى أنها تؤذن ببداية اهتمام مصر بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستمرار هذا الاهتمام خلال السنوات الخمس التي تمثل الإطار الزمنى للدراسة. وتغطى المراجعة العلمية كل أشكال مصادر المعلومات للإنتاج الفكري العلمي المنشور. وقد أسفرت المراجعة العلمية عن مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أهمية توحيد الجهود الدولية والإقليمية والوطنية في صياغة سياسة أخلاقيات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات، والعمل على اكتشاف قوانين ولوائح لحقوق النشر والملكية وأخلاقيات المعلومات من حيث صلتها بالذكاء الاصطناعي، كما أظهرت الدراسة زيادة متصاعدة في معدلات النشر في الإنتاج الفكري الأجنبي.

The study seeks to conduct a survey of the intellectual production published in both Arabic and English Languages on the reality of the ethics of artificial intelligence applications in libraries. This scientific review is based on the bibliographic and bibliometric approach for statistical analytics of scientific production, and the descriptive approach in it’s analyze method to monitor and analysis scientific intellectual production on the subject of the ethics of artificial intelligence applications in libraries. A number of (70) sources covering the period from 2018 to 2023 were identified. The reason for choosing this period is that it marks the beginning of Egypt’s interest in artificial intelligence applications, and the continuation of this interest during the five years that represent the time frame for the study. The scientific review covers all forms of information sources for published scientific intellectual production. The review resulted in a set of results, the most important of which is the importance of unifying international, regional and national efforts in designing an ethics policy for artificial intelligence applications in libraries and information institutions, and working to explore copyright and ownership laws and information ethics as they relate to artificial intelligence. The review has further shown an ascending increase in the rates of publication of foreign intellectual production.
