|a يستهدف هذا البحث التعرف على مستوى المرونة التشغيلية والمالية في أنماط العمل داخل التنظيمين محل الدراسة، وتأثير ذلك على تحقيق كفاءة التنظيمات. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي Social Survey عن طريق العينة، كما استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج المقارن Comparative Method؛ وقد تم الاعتماد على صحيفة المقابلة وجماعات المناقشة البؤرية (المركزة) وتحليل الوثائق والسجلات كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (348) مبحوثا من العاملين في مصنعي نوريكا ودهيدروفودز. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المرونة التشغيلية والمالية بين المصنعين، حيث يرتفع مستوى المرونة التشغيلية والمالية في مصنع دهيدروفودز عنه في مصنع نوريكا، كما تبين أن هناك علاقة قوية بين توافر المرونة التشغيلية والمالية وتحقيق كفاءة التنظيمات.
|b The current research aims to identify the level of Operational and Financial Flexibility, in Work Patterns within the two organizations under study, and the impact of this on achieving efficiency of organizations. The study relied on the Social Survey method based on sampling, and it relied on the use of the Comparative Method, as well as on the Interview Sheets, focus group discussion, and analysis of documents and records were relied upon as tools for data collection. The research sample consisted of 384 Respondents from Workers in Norica and Dahydrofoods Factories. The study concluded that there are significant differences with statistical significance in the level of Operational and Financial Flexibility between the two Factories, where the level of Operational and Financial Flexibility is higher in Dahydrofoods Factory than in Norica Factory, and the study proved a significant relation between Operational and Financial Flexibility, and achieving efficiency of organizations
