|a الاتجار بالبشر جريمة تمتهن وتُنتهك فيها حقوق الإنسان، وفي ظل انتشار تلك الجريمة علي نطاق عالمي باتت تهدد استقرار المجتمعات وسيادة القانون فحظي موضوع مكافحة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر باهتمام بالغ علي المستوي الدولي، فعنيت منظمة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية إلى تكاتف المجتمع الدولي لمكافحة تلك الجريمة التي تعد صورة من العبودية المستحدثة، لفظاعة صورها وتبني الجماعات الإجرامية أسلوب استغلال البشر خاصة الضعفاء النساء والأطفال بهدف تحقيق أرباح طائلة، ولو ترتب على ذلك إزهاق أرواح الضحايا، وبما أن الدولة المصرية جزء من المجتمع الدولي وليست بمنأى عن استهدافها من الجماعات الإجرامية فحرياً التطرق لتلك الظاهرة بالدراسة من خلال تسليط الضوء علي قانون مكافحة الاتجار بالبشر المصري رقم ٤٦ لسنة ۲۰۱۰ للوقوف علي مدي استيفاء القانون للمتطلبات الدولية في مواجهة جريمة الاتجار بالبشر وجهود الدولة المصرية في القضاء علي تلك الظاهرة.

Which is a from the new slavery. because of the horror of its images. and adoption of criminal groups to exploit people. especially. the week. women and children. With the aim of making huge profits. even if that results in the loss of the lives of the victims. And since the Egyptian state is part of the international community and is not immune from being targeted by criminal groups. it is advisable to address this phenomenon by studying it by highlighting the Egyptian anti-human trafficking law no. eliminate this phenomenon.
