|a يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهمية اللغة العربية في الحفاظ على العلوم الشرعية والهوية الوطنية، حيث يختلف ارتباط المسلم باللغة العربية عن ارتباط أي إنسان بأية لغة أخرى؛ فالإنسان الذي يرتبط بلغة وطنه ويعتز بها، قد يتخلى عنها اختيارا أو اضطرارا، إذا طاب له المقام في منطقة أخرى لها لغة مغايرة، وصاحب أي عقيدة أخرى قد يستطيع أن يقرأ كتابه، ويمارس شعائره من غير حاجة إلى التمسك بلغة كتابه المقدس. أما المسلم فإنه لا يستطيع أن يقرأ كتابه بغير اللغة التي نزل بها، ولا يستطيع أن يؤدي شعائره بغير هذه اللغة. كما أن المعرفة باللغة العربية تساعد على معرفة التراث الإسلامي والعربي، ومن ضمنها الكتب والمخطوطات العربية، والحضارة الإسلامية الكبيرة التي أنارت للعالم، ونشرت العلم والمعرفة. كما تشكل اللغة العربية إحدى مقومات الهوية لدى الإنسان العربي، وتطبع شخصيته بطابع مستمد من طبيعتها، وطريقتها في التعبير، التي تنعكس بدورها في طريقته في التفكير. فاللغة العربية هي الترسانة الفكرية والثقافية التي تبنى الأمة وتحمي كيانها، وتحافظ على شخصيتها، وهي الدعامة الرئيسة لبناء الأمة وقيامها.
|b This research aims to shed light on the importance of the Arabic language in preserving legal sciences and national identity, as the Muslim's association with the Arabic language differs from the association of any human being with any other language. A person who is attached to the language of his homeland and cherishes it may abandon it willingly or by necessity, if he finds it easy to live in another region that has a different language, and the owner of any other belief may be able to read his book and practice his rituals without the need to adhere to the language of his holy book. As for the Muslim, he cannot read his book in a language other than the language in which it was revealed, and he cannot perform his rituals in a language other than this. In addition, the knowledge of the Arabic language helps to know the Islamic and Arab heritage, including Arabic books and manuscripts, and the great Islamic civilization, which enlightened the world and spread science and knowledge. The Arabic language is also one of the elements of the identity of the Arab person, and imprints his personality with a character derived from its nature and its way of expression, which in turn is reflected in its way of thinking. In fact, the Arabic language is the intellectual and cultural arsenal that builds the nation, protects its entity, and preserves its personality, and it is the main pillar for building the nation and its resurrection.
