المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم بالعمل في إكساب المهارات اللازمة لتنفيذ حقائب يد بأسلوب lucet Knitting كأحد فنون أشغال الإبرة للمرأة المعيلة، وتكمن أهمية البحث في موائمة الاتجاهات الحديثة في فنون أشغال الإبرة وتدعيم المرأة المعيلة اقتصاديا ودمجها في سوق العمل بتوفير فرص عمل تلائم العبء المزدوج لظروف معيشتها، واتبع البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، واشتملت أدواته على بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري (قبلي/ بعدى) لتنفيذ أسلوب lucet Knitting من إعداد الباحثتان، استبانة لقياس اتجاهات عينة البحث نحو استخدام الطريقة المقترحة لتنفيذ أسلوب lucet Knitting من إعداد الباحثتان، بطاقة تقييم الأداء المهاري لتنفيذ أسلوب lucet Knitting من إعداد الباحثتان، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: ١. يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوي (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المرأة المعيلة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري (ككل) وعند كل مكون من مكوناتها- لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ٢. يحقق استخدام استراتيجية التعلم بالعمل (IBDs) باستخدام lucetKnitting اتجاه إيجابي لدي المرأة المعيلة وفقا لأدائهم على مقياس الاتجاهات. ٣. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (٠.٠٥) بين تقييم المتخصصين لحقائب اليد المنفذة لتحقيق جوانب التقييم (الجانب الجمالي والابتكاري، الجانب الوظيفي، الجانب الاقتصادي). قدم البحث مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات يمكن بتضافر الجهود البحثية استخدام استراتيجيات تدريب مختلفة وحديثة لوضع برامج تدريبية في مجالات مختلفة لمساعدة المرأة المعيلة وتمكينها اقتصاديا بهدف تزويدها بالمعلومات والمهارات اللازمة مما يسهم في رفع مستوى القدرات الإنتاجية لديها وبالتالي تحسين الأحوال الاقتصادية لها.

The current research Measuring the effectiveness of the learning strategy by working in providing the necessary skills to implement handbags in the style of lucet knitting as one of the arts of needlework for women breadwinners, and the importance of the research lies in harmonizing modern trends in the arts of needlework and supporting women breadwinners economically and integrating them into the labor market by providing job opportunities that suit the double burden of their living conditions, and the current research followed the descriptive analytical approach and the semi-experimental approach, and its tools included a skill performance note card (before / after) to implement Lucet Knitting method prepared by the two researchers, a questionnaire to measure the trends of the research sample towards using the proposed method to implement the lucet Knitting method prepared by the researchers, the skill performance evaluation card for the implementation of the lucet Knitting method prepared by the researchers, and the research reached the following results: 1. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (α≤0.05) between the average scores of female breadwinners in the pre- and post-application of the skill scorecard (as a whole) and at each of its components - in favor of the post-application 2. The use of the learning strategy by doing (lBDs) using lucetKnitting achieves a positive trend among female breadwinners according to their performance on the trend scale. 3. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the evaluation of specialists for the handbags carried out to achieve the evaluation aspects (aesthetic and innovative side, functional aspect, economic aspect). The research presented a set of results and recommendations that can be concerted by research efforts to use different and modern training strategies to develop training programs in different fields to help women breadwinners and empower them economically in order to provide them with the necessary information and skills, which contributes to raising the level of their productive capabilities and thus improving their economic conditions.
