|a يعد الإتجار بالبشر من أحد أهم القضايا التي تحتل اهتماما من قبل المجتمع الدولي لما تمثله من خطورة بالغة الأثر سلبا على الدول من الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وغير ذلك، ووفقا لما صدر عن المنظمات الدولية من الإحصائيات فقد تأكد جليا اتساع سوق هذه التجارة، وهو الأمر الذي حدا بالمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية إلى بذل الجهود وتقديم سبل التعاون من أجل مواجهة هذه الجريمة التي أضحت ظاهرة تقتضي القضاء عليها أو الحد من ارتكابها على أقل تقدير. وقد استبان جليا أن هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية أصبحت من الأهمية لمزيد من البحث والدراسة حول ماهيتها وأركانها وخصائصها ومجهودات الدول والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية لمكافحتها وكذلك مجالات التعاون الدولي التي قد تسهم في القضاء على هذه الجريمة أو الحد منه على أقل تقدير.

According to the statistics issued by international organizations, the expansion of the market for this trade has been confirmed, which has limited International and regional organizations called upon to make efforts and provide ways of cooperation to confront this crime, which has become a phenomenon that requires its elimination. It has become clear that this criminal phenomenon has become of great importance for further research and study on its nature, elements, characteristics, and the efforts of countries and international and regional organizations to combat it, as well as the areas of international cooperation that may contribute to eliminating this crime or reducing.
