The recommendation: - Restrict the jurisdiction of the judiciary to the state of competence. - Provide legal and administrative protection to the worker under real guarantees and controls. - The establishment of real and serious substantive guarantees and effective procedures, with the jurisdiction of the judiciary with non financial difficulties. - Modification of traditional procedures before the judiciary to reach a speedy justice.
