المستخلص: The research aims to identify the role of the Kuwaiti School Sports Federation and Higher Education in supporting the values of citizenship in the State of Kuwait by identifying: - The role of the Kuwaiti School Sports Federation and Higher Education in supporting the values of loyalty and belonging. - The role of the Kuwaiti School Sports Federation and Higher Education in supporting the values of social responsibility. - The role of the Kuwaiti School Sports Federation and Higher Education in supporting the values of national identity. The researcher used the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature of the research, the research population and sample: The research community is represented in the following categories: 1 - Employees of the General Sports Authority in the State of Kuwait. 2 - Members of the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Sports Federation for Schools and Higher Education 3 - Faculty members (physical education) in the State of Kuwait 4 - Physical education teachers in the State of Kuwait. 1 - Conclusions for the first axis: The role of the Kuwaiti School Sports Federation and Higher Education in supporting the values of loyalty and belonging: •Lack of interest in activities that contribute to teaching young people how to participate in dialogue for societal issues that contribute to strengthening and instilling citizenship values. •The importance of understanding and making young people aware of the importance of preserving the capabilities of citizenship, including social cohesion, loyalty and belonging.
