|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تفعيل برامج الصحة المدرسية في مدينة عمان، والتعرف إلى أثر كل من (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، نوع المدرسة)، على دور مديري المدارس في تفعيل برامج الصحة المدرسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعليه تم تطوير أداة الدراسة والتي ضمت المجالات الآتية (البيئة الصحية الآمنة، الخدمات الصحية، التثقيف الصحي وخدمة المجتمع، الإرشاد والصحة النفسية، النشاط الرياضي، التغذية المدرسية)، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ثم توزيعها وإجراء المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة، واختيرت عينتها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في تفعيل برامج الصحة المدرسية في مدينة عمان على أداة الدراسة ككل جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر كل من (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، بينما أظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير نوع المدرسة وجاءت لصالح المدارس المختلطة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات لكل من الباحثين والمديرين والقائمين على برامج الصحة المدرسية.
|b This study examined the role of basic public school principals in activating the school health programs in Amman city and to know the effect of (gender, qualifications, years of experience and type of school) on the role of school principals in activating the school health programs. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method and, therefore, the instrument of the study was developed and included the following five fields (safe healthy environment, medical services, health education and community service, counseling and the psychological health, sport activities and school nutrition). The sample was chosen by the stratified random method and validity and reliability were insured, then the instrument was distributed and the appropriate statistical treatment was implemented. The results of the study showed that the evaluation of the sample for the role of the principals of public basic schools in activating health school programs in Amman city, on the whole instrument of the study were medium. In addition, the study did not show significant statistical differences at (α = 0.05) that can be attributed to (gender, qualifications and years of experience) whereas there were differences attributed to the variable of the type of school, for the benefit of mixed schools. Based on the results of the study, the researcher proposed a number of recommendations for the scholars, school principals and those who implement the health school programs.
