المستخلص: أن الأحداث الأخيرة المتسارعة التي شهدها العالم، وخاصة المنطقة العربية، ساهمت في ضرورة إعادة التفكير في المجال الإعلامي ومؤسساته وإعادة النظر في مهامه ووظائفه التقليدية التي أنشئ من أجلها، وفي علاقته بالمجتمع ودوره الجديد على مستوى العلاقات الدولية بعد أن اختلطت الأمور بعض الشيء، مع تطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة للمعلومات والاتصالات بصورة رهيبة خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية. لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف منهجية المؤسسة الإعلامية وأبعادها التربوية الموجهة للمجتمع العربي من خلال تناولها من منظور نقدي تحليلي كميا وكيفيا قياسا على فقرة (نقط تحت الحروف) ببرنامج (حديث القاهرة) لتعرف مدي تحقيق الأبعاد التربوية بالمؤسسة الإعلامية المهددة للأمن الفكري بالمجتمع العربي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تناولت الدراسة، كلا من: الإطار المفهومي للاستشراق، والإطار المفهومي للأمن الفكري، ومهددات الأمن الفكري، والدراسة التحليلية الكمية والكيفية قياسا على الأبعاد التربوية بالمؤسسة الإعلامية ممثلة في برنامج "حديث القاهرة"، وقد انتهت الدراسة بوضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل الأبعاد التربوية المأمول تحقيقها بالمؤسسة الإعلامية من أجل سلامة الأمن الفكري بالمجتمع العربي علي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة.

The recent accelerating events that the world has witnessed, especially the Arab region, have contributed to the necessity of rethinking the media field and its institutions and reconsidering its traditional tasks and functions for which it was created, its relationship with society and its new role at the level of international relations after things became somewhat mixed up, with the development Modern information and communication technology has increased dramatically over the past few years. Which makes peoples who are not keeping up with these developments and who are not open to amending legislation, an easy prey to the international intellectual invasion that works in an intelligent manner and with huge capabilities, such that it is difficult for some countries to easily differentiate between media institutions directed on the one hand, and the right of peoples to obtain news and information and the right to exercise freedom. Opinion and expression on the other hand. Therefore, the study aimed to identify the media institution’s methodology and its educational dimensions directed to the Arab community by approaching it from a quantitative and qualitative analytical critical perspective, by analogy to the paragraph (dots under the letters) in the (Cairo Hadith) program, in order to know the extent to which the media institution’s educational dimensions have been achieved that threaten the intellectual security of Arab society, and to achieve this. Objectives: The study addressed: the conceptual framework of Orientalism, the conceptual framework of intellectual security, the threats to intellectual security, and the quantitative and qualitative analytical study in comparison to the educational dimensions of the media institution represented in the “Cairo Talk” program. The study ended with developing a proposed vision for activating the educational dimensions that are hoped to be achieved by the media institution. For the sake of intellectual security in Arab society in light of the findings of the study.
