|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أسس تحقيق البراعة الاستراتيجية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في محافظة كفر الشيخ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع المعلمين بالمرحلة الثانوية العامة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وعينة عددها (٤٠٠) مفردة، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل إلى نتائج تفيد بأن هناك اهتماماً معتدلاً بتحقيق البراعة الاستراتيجية في المدارس الثانوية العامة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، مع التركيز على استكشاف فرص جديدة وبناء هيكل تنظيمي متميز، ومع ذلك، فإن التحديات المتعلقة باستغلال الفرص وتجنب التهديدات تحتاج إلى مزيد من الاهتمام لتحسين الأداء الاستراتيجي العام للمدارس، وضرورة تعزيز الجهود في تحديد وإدارة التهديدات المحتملة التي قد تواجه المدارس بشكل عام، تعكس هذه النتائج ضرورة التركيز على تحسين جوانب الابتكار والتخطيط الاستراتيجي والتعامل الفعال مع التحديات لتحقيق تحسين شامل في العملية التعليمية.
|b The research aimed to identify the foundations of achieving strategic excellence in general secondary education schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The research community included all teachers in the general secondary stage in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and a sample numbered (400) individuals. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and reached results indicating that there Moderate interest in achieving strategic prowess in public secondary schools in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, with a focus on exploring new opportunities and building a distinct organizational structure. However, the challenges related to exploiting opportunities and avoiding threats need more attention to improve the overall strategic performance of schools. There is a need to strengthen efforts in identifying and managing potential threats that may face schools in general. These results reflect the need to focus on improving aspects of innovation, strategic planning, and effective dealing with challenges to achieve comprehensive improvement in the educational process.
