The research aimed to develop a training program using synchronous training (weight training + endurance) and to find out its impact on muscle strength (maximum strength- muscular ability- strength endurance) and the level of skill performance of falling movements on the man for junior freestyle wrestling, and the researcher used the experimental approach on a sample of (10) junior freestyle wrestling under (17) years, and research tools: Muscle strength tests- measuring the effectiveness of the level of skill performance of falling movements on the man for junior freestyle wrestling- simultaneous training program, and statistical treatments: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, torsion coefficient, test "T", simple correlation coefficient, improvement ratios%. Among the most important results: 1- The use of simultaneous training (weight training + endurance training) positively affects the level of (0.05) on the muscular strength (maximum- ability- strength endurance) for junior freestyle wrestling under (17) years. 2- The use of simultaneous training (weight training + endurance training) has a positive impact at the level of (0.05) to improve the level of skill performance of falling movements on men for junior freestyle wrestling under (17) years.
