|a هدفت الدراسة إلى بحث المسئولية المجتمعية للمؤسسات الحكومية من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأثرها على جودة الخدمات الحكومية دراسة تطبيقية على مديرية الصحة بمحافظة القاهرة، ومن خلال محاولة الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة والذي يدور حول ما اثر المسئولية المجتمعية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على جودة الخدمات الحكومية لمديرية الصحة بمحافظة القاهرة والتساؤلات الفرعية للمشكلة البحثية، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي النظري للأدبيات السابقة في هذا المجال من خلال أربعة فرضيات تم بحثها، اتضح من نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين المسئولية المجتمعية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بمديرية الصحة محافظة القاهرة، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة بين المسئولية الاجتماعية وجودة الخدمات الحكومية، علاقة إيجابية ارتباطية بين وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وجودة الخدمات الحكومية، إلى جانب وجود علاقة بين المسئولية المجتمعية من خلال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وجودة الخدمات الحكومية وثبوت صحة الفرضيات الأربعة، من اهم ما أوصت به الدراسة إعداد استراتيجية متكاملة مبنية على المسئولية المجتمعية بحث تكون منفذة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والحسابات الرسمية عبر وسائل التواصل لمديرية الصحة، مع ضرورة أن تراعى المديرية مواصفات جودة الخدمة وربطها بالمسئولية المجتمعية علاوة على ربطها بإمكانيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى صقل مهارات تنفيذ أنشطة المسئولية المجتمعية في خدمات المديرية وعبر وسائل التواصل والمنصات الرسمية للمديرية.
|b The study aimed to investigate the social responsibility of government institutions through social media and its impact on the quality of government services. An applied study on the Directorate of Health in Cairo Governorate, and by trying to answer the main question of the study, which revolves around the impact of social responsibility through social media on the quality of government services for the Directorate. Health in Cairo Governorate and the sub-questions of the research problem, and based on the descriptive analytical-theoretical approach of the previous literature in this field through four hypotheses that were researched. Social and the quality of government services, a positive correlation between social media and the quality of government services, in addition to the existence of a relationship between social responsibility through social media and the quality of government services and the validity of the four hypotheses, the most important of what the study recommended is the preparation of an integrated strategy based on social responsibility. It shall be carried out through the means of communication Tamaya and the official accounts through the means of communication of the Directorate of Health, with the need for the Directorate to take into account the quality of service specifications and linking it to social responsibility in addition to linking it to the capabilities of social media, in addition to honing the skills of implementing social responsibility activities in the services of the Directorate and through the means of communication and the official platforms of the Directorate.
